About this property

Laguna Villa is a large,spacious and fully-equipped 3 bedroom property which we rent out as a 2 bedroom property. It's in HUA HIN and less than a mile from large sandy beaches, just 10 minutes from the new Bluport Mall and two miles from Market Village shopping and entertainment complex with restaurants and bars . Enjoy sunset views over the mountains from our big shaded terrace and patio which overlook an 8m x 4m private salt water pool with jacuzzi. It's in a gated community with 24 hour security, a fitness room and communal pool too.
Close to the town and beaches to be convenient, yet offering peace, solitude and a garden by the lagoon teeming with fish.
We include 50 MB internet and wifi throughout the house, cable TV, two 40 inch TV's with HDMI inputs,and the services of a gardener and pool maintenance.
