One again I want to complain over the non expiatin...
One again I want to complain over the non expiating service as well as will so solve the problem og having given me an apartment in the second floor despite the fact that I had booked an apartment at ground floor. Even if I have made a mistake there was no interest from your side to find alternative accommodation, We are not booking through your agency again
