Luxurious seafront villa in Praia da Lota, Algarve. Just a few meters from the beach. With four rooms, each with its own private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and garage. It has a enormous terrace on the last floor with sofas and a breathtaking sea view. On the ground floor there is a large area with table, barbeque, grill, wood oven and a shower (useful after beach). The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating for winter. Furthermore, it has high speed internet and smart TV. It is the ideal place for remote work or to enjoy family holidays on the beach with lots of safe space for kids.

Wonderful beachside villa

Great property overlooking Lota beach. Walking distance to beach, shops and lovely restaurants. Daniel and Miss Gloria very helpful and attentive during our stay. Thank you!

Casa nova perto da praia

Casa impecável, limpa, bem decorada, muito bem equipada, primeira linha relativamente à praia. 4 quartos em que um é em cave, bastante inferior aos outros… o que nao se entende quando um dos quartos no piso superior esta fechado. Colchões de molas de fraca qualidade. Tivemos um problema com o portão que nos impediu de usar o carro no primeiro e parte do segundo dia, nao tivemos a assistência imediata por parte do proprietário, tivemos de ser nós a resolver. Essa questao manchou um pouco a experiência… apesar disso foram umas boas férias.
