The house is situated within a private condominium of only 12 houses and is FRONTLINE to the beautiful Manta Rota beach, which is only 150 metres away. Close to all amenities, the villa is within a few minutes drive of five superb golf courses, including the new Jack Nicklaus,Monte Rei course. The villa is brand new and has been built and equipped to the highest standards. The house is constructed over 4 floors with a ground floor patio and two further large terraces facing the sea. It is luxuriously furnished throughout its four bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large open plan living room , and luxurious new kitchen.
The managers live nearby and are on hand to assist in anything that you may require, from general information to recommendations of restaurants, and places to see and visit.

Great stay in a very nice beach house

We had a great time in this house, everything was designed with so much love to detail, very well equipped and our children were delighted to have a tv in their room (unlike at home) and we all enjoyed our ping pong sessions - thanks a lot! I ‘m sure I will be checking in in the future if the house is available :-)

Beautiful house with a very nice view

We had a very nice time in this house. It is very calm and has a beautiful view at the sea. It is very well equipped with a lot of stuff in the kitchen etc. but apart from that we had to buy everything, starting from salt and pepper up to cleaning material, which is kind of unusual. But never the less, it was a very nice holiday and we enjoyed it a lot.

Beautiful property

The experience was very positive and enjoyable. Neighbourhood was safe and the villa had everything you would need for a lovely stay. The area was extremely quiet which had its pros and cons, but if you want restaurants or things to do in the evening, it really isn’t lively during the months of Jan- March. So, if you like peace and quiet this is a great place for you. The previous reviews mentioned hearing noise from the other units and it did seem like the wall were paper thin. On another note, I would recommend investing in a gas BBQ for renters, as the charcoal grill just takes too long to get the fire going and is inconvenient in the winter months. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the place had lovely views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies.

Schitterend huis op een prachtige locatie. Vriendelijke en communicatieve eigenaar. Alles wat we nodig hadden, was voorzien. De benedenverdieping met de tafeltennistafel was een groot succes. En wakker worden met uitzicht op de zee was onbetaalbaar. We hebben echt genoten van een heerlijke week en een fantastisch huis dat van alle gemakken voorzien was. Doordat het nog vroeg in het jaar was, en de (vrij norse, maar dat terzijde) buren nog niet echt buiten zaten, konden we in relatieve rust in ons tuintje zitten. Maar ik kan me voorstellen dat het in het hoogseizoen rumoeriger kan zijn. Het feit dat we zo snel vanuit het huis op het strand waren, droeg echt bij aan onze vakantie. Ook wandel je makkelijk naar leuke restaurantjes. Het in- en uitchecken ging eenvoudig en we werden welkom geheten door een vriendelijke dame die alles uitlegde en liet zien.Echt een aanrader dit huis. Dankjulliewel, Andrew & Else!

O apartamento é espetacular, super bem localizado e cuidado. Atenção que são 3 andares com escadas. As regras do condomínio são bastante rígidas e os vizinhos nada simpáticos, pelo que infelizmente não voltaria a ficar lá. Os anfitriões muito simpáticos e disponíveis.

A casa é excelente, está muito bem equipada, com todas as comodidades necessárias. As varandas dos quartos proporcionam uma vista de mar fantástica! O facto de estar situada em frente à praia proporciona umas férias muito agradáveis. Para além disso, o local é muito tranquilo e nas imediações podemos encontrar tudo o que precisamos para o dia a dia, sem deslocações de carro. A estadia foi muito boa, recomendo!

Gostámos bastante da estadia. A casa é moderna, está bem mobilada e é bastante espaçosa. Dos quartos do 2º e 3º andar temos uma vista boa sobre o mar e a praia da manta rota. A piscina é partilhada com outras moradias, mas a maior parte do tempo esteve vazia. Está bem localizada, perto da praia e do centro da manta rota. De notar também o cuidado que tiveram ter a casa pronta para usar em termos de básicos como gel de mãos, pastilhas para a máquina, papel higiénico, o que nem sempre acontece nas casas do algarve.

Vivenda excelente perto da praia

Vivenda com piscina de condomínio, muito bem equipada com tudo o que é necessário para passar umas excelentes férias. Perto da praia, basta atravessar o parque de estacionamento. Supermercado, mercado, restaurantes, lojas, tudo a menos de 500m. Casa muito limpa e bem organizada. Recomendo.

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, very well kept and fully equiped. The pool is very nice and the beach is just in front. It was a lovely stay.

Beautiful and Comfortable

What a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the water and beach. Quite in March but with a car you can get to any amenities you need within a few minutes. There is a lovely Italian restaurant just on the corner that we walked to a few times that was great. The home is on 3 levels with stairs but it is so bright and spacious. Noise carries easily throughout the house and to the neighbours so its a great place to relax and unwind with a pool and beach at your fingertips!
