Distributed over two floors, on the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a fully equipped independent kitchen, pantry, a room with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious living and dining room with direct access to the exterior. On the first floor, there are three rooms with double beds, one of them en-suite with a shower base, as well as a family bathroom with a bathtub. The en-suite room has a spacious east-facing balcony, while the remaining rooms share a west-facing balcony.



The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, including a combined refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. The dwelling also offers air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, MEO TV, iron, mosquito nets on the windows, and a cozy fireplace for cooler days.
