Hi,Thank you for choosing to stay with us for a month! We're thrilled to hear that you loved our description and rated our location, cleanliness, and personal check-in so highly with a perfect 5/5.I appreciate your feedback about the pool. As mentioned in our listing, it’s not heated, which is common for a refreshing dip this time of year.I was surprised to see a 2/5 for communication, as I always aim to provide a 5-star experience. Our local team is here to warmly welcome guests and explain everything about the house, and I’m always available to assist in English, German, or Portuguese. We were in touch during your stay about various arrangements, and I would have loved to hear directly from you if you felt any part of our communication could be improved.Overall, I’m glad to know you had a successful stay, and I wish you all the best in your future travels. Your feedback is truly appreciated! Best regards, Your Holidu Team.
