- Ground floor: entrance hall, living/dining room, fitted kitchen, utility room, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower. It has access to 2 patios, one facing east, with a table and chairs, barbecue, sink and outdoor shower, with ample space to enjoy family meals outdoors. There is also a smaller patio at the entrance to the house, facing west.
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and the second with 1 double bed. There is a bathroom with a bath. Both bedrooms have access to balconies.
The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, electric hob, oven, toaster, microwave, NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
WI-FI (Internet) access, NOS TV and air-conditioning.
The villa is located about 700 metres from Manta Rota beach, with various amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, among others.
