Fabulous find!

Fabulous fortnight in this perfect villa. Great location, great size villa and pool. Hired a car to see the rest of the Algarve. Just wonderful, can't recommend enough. The owners are super friendly and quick to respond to queries.

Lovely Villa!A welcoming first impression with the glistening pool and sound of the water feature. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area which makes for a peaceful holiday.The villa is spacious and very well presented and offers many home comforts. The villa was cleaned to a high standard for our arrival and the welcome bag was a nice touch. The outside terraces offer shaded areas to dine and relax. Great communication with Al and Diane before and during our stay. Thanks also to Sandra, the Villa Manager for her attention.Manta Rota is a charming town with a low-key atmosphere and is an ideal base to explore the Eastern Algarve.We look forward to returning to Villa 23!

Mais umas férias nesta casa maravilhosa, com os anfitriões nos recebem com muita simpatia e disponibilidade.A casa tem tudo o que é preciso quando chegamos, desde a limpeza, às máquinas que dispõe, às roupas de cama e aos confortáveis colchões. Fora da casa, podemos fazer grelhados, para quem gosta, e a piscina é ótima e sempre limpa.Gostámos muito, para o ano que vem, repetimos!

Tolles Haus mit schönem Aussenbereich, Pool und viel Platz

Das Haus bietet viel Platz (3 grosszügige Schlafzimmer und 2 komplette Badezimmer sowie ein separates WC), eine gut eingerichtete Küche mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Kaffeemaschine. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr gemütlich und der Pool ist toll! Die Lage ist sehr gut - ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss an den Strand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf. Die Umgebung ist angenehm und ruhig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar!

Perfect Villa for our family holiday

This villa had everything we needed, and we all enjoyed the pool. The patio areas, BBQ and beautiful pots of plants which lit up at dark with pretty solar lights made our evenings extra special. We loved Manta Rota, the restaurants, cafes, bars and the clean and spacious beach. The kids loved the entertainment at the plaza. Everyone was friendly, especially the locals. The butchers made us some impressive chicken kebabs. We appreciated the hosts leaving us to do our own thing but there if we needed them. We slept well as there was aircon in the bedrooms as well as the living room. The kitchen was very well equipped. We also took the ferry to Spain for a few hours and had tapas before returning. We wish we could have stayed for a second week.Thank you.

Repetimos a nossa estadia para ficar hospedados numa casa que achamos perfeita para passar férias. Tem tudo o que é preciso, desde a cozinha toda equipada, aos quartos (bons colchões), à sala de estar ou ao terraço para quem gosta de BBQ. Os donos são super atenciosos com o bem estar dos hóspedes mesmo estando longe. Recomendamos!

Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war problemlos, ebenso der Kontakt zum Host vor Ort - lief alles über Telefon. Das Haus ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Einmal pro Woche kommt ein Reinigungsteam, wechselt Bettwäsche und Handtücher und putzt die Räume. Lediglich der Toaster in der Küche sollte ausgewechselt werden.

One week in Manta Rota

Al's house is located in a nice neighborhood, about 1km from the beach and the center of Manta Rota. Although it takes a few minutes, it is perfectly possible to walk everywhere. The outside space of the house is wonderful and has undergone improvements over the years (we had already stayed in this house 3 years ago). The interior of the house could use some improvements and updates, but it was enough for us to spend a very pleasant week on vacation. I highly recommend it!

Tudo perfeito!

Somos repetentes, este deverá ser o nosso 3 ano. A casa é perfeita para as férias, tem tudo o que é preciso. O senhorio é 5 estrelas, super prestável e preocupado para que a nossa estadia corra bem. A praia é ótima, podemos ir a pé (10/15 minutos) ou de carro (5 minutos) e com estacionamento gratuito. Adorámos!

Wonderful week in Manta Rota

Excellent from the start. The villa owner was very quick to respond to questions and also reminded us about the toll roads just before we arrived which was a lifesaver. The villa is lovely and well equipped. It's obviously someone's much loved holiday home rather than some of the pure rentals. It's well equipped and spotlessly clean. Goncales from the local management company was also very helpful. I rang to report that we needed a new spare gas bottle and it was delivered within 10 mins. Manta Rota is a lovely resort and we really enjoyed our week.

A casa é limpa, está bem equipada, situa-se numa zona calma. Em dias de calor é melhor ir de carro para a praia ou aproveitar a piscina. O dono da casa é super prestável. A casa tem tudo para passar umas boas férias! Gostamos tanto o ano passado que repetimos este ano!

Casa com ótimas condições, apenas um pouco distante da praia

A casa é muito funcional, com as comodidades adequadas (apenas faz falta uma máquina de café expresso). Fica um bocadinho distante da praia pelo que com crianças pequenas, acabámos por utilizar o carro mais do que gostaríamos.

Vivenda com piscina

A casa é muito simpática, com todos os comodismos necessários para passar umas ótimas férias. Pequeno senão, a praia fica a 15 minutos pelo que tem de se ir de carro e tem de se andar 10/15 minutos para tomar um café ou ir a um supermercado. Mas no cômputo geral é ótima para passar férias em família!

Great place to stay, will probably return here next year

Everything was very well kept and clean. House is very well equipped. Pool is great, 2 tables to eat outside, front and back. Really enjoyed my stay here, probably will return next summer. Thanks everyone!
