La casa está en una zona muy bonita y con una playa fluvial a pocos minutos en coche. La propiedad es antigua, poco cuidada en el baño la bañera con oxido. la parte exterior totalmente descuidada y sucia, la terraza llena de telas de arana que no eran de un día.. Las fotos no son como está ahora la propiedad.

Vacaciones familiares 2022.

Hemos disfrutado de 4 días de vacaciones en Cerva. La propiedad está bien situada para visitar distintos puntos de interés. Encontramos la vivienda muy limpia y no le faltaba nada de lo que se puede necesitar en el día a día. No obstante, el exterior está algo abandonado, con mucha hierba seca, mobiliario deteriorado. Aunque el espacio exterior es de uso privado, existen otras dos viviendas con las que se comparte acceso, aunque no estaban ocupadas. Está totalmente vallada, ideal para nuestras mascotas. Es una propiedad con muchas posibilidades por lo que espero que, en un futuro, puedan invertir en mejoras :) Tiago nos atendió muy amablemente y estuvo disponible en todo momento, por lo que le estamos muy agradecidos.

Relaxing, rustic, comfortable, bucolic, charming.

Great place. Wonderfully decorated with robin’s egg blue trim, sturdy and functional furnishings. Just beautiful, the way the light streams in from the shuttered windows. Tranquil (albeit with country sounds like roosters). Peaceful. It is easy to walk into town, either along a hiking trail or along the highway, which has a sidewalk after a while. Shops, restaurants, cafe in town. So much to explore in the area. Hosts were gracious and quick to respond to all questions. We stayed 9 days and it was great.

Highly recommended - we'll be back!

We had a fantastic couple of days! The stone-built property was comfortable and beautifully decorated with traditional furniture, and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony, where you can eat in good weather. Tiago and his family were so friendly and welcoming, inviting our 6 year-old son to play with his boys of the same age. The area is stunning for its natural beauty, and we only wish we had had more time to explore it! A pleasant half-hour walk starting down the main road then turning left after 200m takes you to the nearest village of Cerva which has the main shops and amenities. We'll be back!

Il faut aimer entendre un petit chien aboyer toute la journée... hors mis ce details très contraignant car empêchant la détente extérieur comme intérieur de la maison le reste et tres bien beau paysage et maison agréable

Nous vous devons des excuses pour la situation du chien, car cette maison (et votre visite) était destinée à vous détendre, c'était vraiment une situation inconfortable. Cependant, nous tenons à vous remercier d'avoir attiré l'attention sur ce qui s'est passé et vous garantissons que cela ne se reproduira plus. Le chien appartient à un membre de la famille qui visitait la maison voisine, et il n'est pas habitué à un environnement campagnard, alors il est trop excité. À l'avenir, recevant la visite de personnes amenant des animaux, nous porterons plus d'attention au bruit qu'ils causent, pour éviter que cette situation ne se reproduise. En general bien, localización, amplitud. si bien mejoraría la renovación del inmueble sobre todo el baño. está muy deteriorado. también la limpieza, al estar abierto y en mitad del campo, además como podemos llevar animales, las chinches y pulgas se hacen notar.

Petite maison pleine de charme

Petite maison très agréable et décorée avec goût, très calme parfait pour se reposer sans être isolée, le village n'est quà quelques minutes. Le seul problème serait la cuisine, un peu juste pour une famille ( petit frigo, 2 plaques de cuisson, pas de lave-linge)

It was a pleasure spending time at Tiago and Vania’s cottage on their lovely country hillside property. They were totally attentive and helped us in every way to orient ourselves to a small part of beautiful rural northern Portugal. Owners very friendly who tried to accomodate us. Vintage house very well rénovated and Provided with vintage furniture. A réal pleasure. On the other hand the house is located not far from the highway roughly 15 kms witch is convenient in order to visit the areas. Just very minor négative point witch could be easily improved : the kitchen is not very convenient to do the cook , the two electric plaques are low to heat, à lack of room and the coffee machine doesn't work properly. If we ever come back in this part of Portugal I would be happy to stay in this house again. Many thanks Taigo !

Maison facile à vivre, très fraiche pendant cet été caniculaire. Propriétaires très agréables. En pleine montagne, la vue et les environs sont magnifiques, somptueux! Un seul souci : difficile de faire la cuisine car seulement 2 plaques électriques, cafetière très usée et peu de matériel/vaisselle.

Lovely great location just outside of a small village.

A little slice of heaven blink and you will miss it. Not being used to the rural roads of Portugal we missed it twice however we stopped and ask for directions and when we found it it was lovely. The property description is perfect you actually feel that you have travelled back in time when you walk into building.

Propriété calme séduisante et tranquille

Propriété située à proximité de belles balades pédestres, à 10 minutes de l'autoroute qui nous donne accès aux différentes villes touristiques assez rapidement. La propriétaire Adelia a été très accueillante respectueuse et à l'écoute de mes différents besoins. Son chien Peggy a été très affectueux et rigolo. Appartement calme propre rempli de petit souvenir de famille. La vraie tradition cultruelle et familiale de Celva donc du Portugal de l'ouest est très présent dans cette demeure familiale. J'ai été ravie de découvrir le Portugal grâce Adelia et sa propriété familiale de Celva.
