The Apartment is located in the center of Sorrento, on the 2nd floor of a modern building with lift.
It is a beautiful and luxurious apartment of about 120m2 of new construction, completely soundproofed, with furniture and finishes design of great value and a wide range of modern comforts. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.
Each room has its own balcony where you can sip a good glass of wine comfortably seated.
There is no kitchen but we are in a central position where you can taste the best typical dishes of the Sorrento peninsula and the region at affordable prices! However, we have set up an area at the entrance where there are: - kettle, coffee maker, herbal tea, instant coffee, milk cream, biscuits etc ...
It has a convenient location to enjoy the city without having to use transport, and is an excellent starting point for exploring the beauties of our magnificent Sorrento and Amalfi Peninsula and therefore of the entire Campania Region.
Distance from the historic center - 300m, from the train and bus station - 500m, from the port - 700m, from the beach establishments - 700m. Completely renovated in 2017 (July), the apartment represents an oasis of refined efficiency.
Interior design, modern and elegant with clean lines and bright colors. The light wood flooring gives the rooms a welcoming and relaxing look.
Each room of the apartment is equipped with every kind of modern comfort: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, bathrooms with bidets, rain showers (some with chromotherapy), hairdryer and courtesy service, Smart LED TV of 32 '/ 40 'with international channels, safe, minibar, mosquito nets. In each room there are balconies with garden furniture where it will be nice to relax with a glass of local wine or a good book, admiring the view of the city. All rooms are fully soundproof and have electronic keys. The apartment has a fireplace, library and wine cellar (on request). At guests' disposal there are iron with ironing board and a garage with 2 parking spaces (with supplement). Breakfast is not compulsory, it can be enjoyed in the bar adjacent to the structure at the price of €. 4.00 per person. Staying in the Apartment you will be in a central position to discover the fascinating Sorrento and the incomparable beauties of the whole Sorrento and Amalfi Coast, of the islands of the Gulf of Naples - Capri, Ischia and Procida, with which Sorrento is well connected with fast ferries. From Sorrento it is possible to make excursions to Naples, Positano, Amalfi, Salerno. Moreover, if you are passionate about archeology, from Sorrento you can reach Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius by train in just a few minutes. The cities along the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts are connected by the public transport network (SITA buses, Circumvesuviana trains, ferries).
