The villa is a newly built summer residence. It is located in a panoramic position, on top of a hill, surrounded by greenery and in an atmosphere of complete tranquility, where you can spend a holiday in full relaxation, away from daily tumults. It is located 700 m from the sea, 1 km from the city road. Due to its structural feature at "Liama" (With its 80 cm thick perimeter walls), it enjoys a cool climate. It is enclosed and has private parking spaces. It is surrounded by a large outdoor area with barbecue and a large garden. It also has a very large veranda with sea view, covered with a wooden shed and equipped with table and chairs.
It consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other, the larger is composed of a double bed and a single bed. All beds are complete with linens. A stay with ang. Cooking complete with flatware and flat pots. In the bathroom there is a shower with drain, bidet, water, washbasin and washing machine.
The chalet is for one and only family unit.
