Dostatok uterákov a utierok.Prádlo menené podľa potreby.Ventilátor a klíma k dispozícii.Dostupnosť potravín a čerstvých rýb. Kaviareň s romantickým výhľadom na malebný ostrov Krapanj. Výhodná poloha dedinky Žaborič blízko Šibenika a Primoštenu.V nedalekej Galešnici prírodné pláže na poloostrove,kde si prídu na svoje aj nudisti.
