Also von mir alle 5 Sterne für das Apartment und den Gastgeber. Aber die Argentur ist mehr als schlecht. Die würden keinen Stern von mir bekommen. Mann sollte die Ankunftszeit angeben. Das habe ich gemacht und von der Argentur kamm prompt die Meldung das dies leider nicht möglich sei. Wir haben dann mit dem Vermieter telefoniert da wir schon um 8:30 dort waren. Und er war in 15 Minuten bei uns. Da er noch keine anderen Gäste hatte durften wir früher rein um zumindest auf die Toilette zu gehen. Die Argentur ist nach meiner Meinung eine reine Automatische Antwort/ KI. Ich weiß nicht ob ich über diese Argentur nochmal was Buche. Absolut schlechter Service der Argentur. Das Apartment war genau wie beschrieben. Die Betten ein Traum. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Haustür herrlich. Das einzige das störte aber der Vermieter nichts konnte ist die Zufahrt Straße. Da war recht viel los. Fußgänger, Radfahrer und Autos. Wir werden bestimmt wieder dort Buchen.

Das gute der Wohnung war die Lage, es hat etwas wenn man aus der Wohnung kommt und 5 - 20 Meter später am Meer ist. Die Bucht war ruhig wenig Schiffverkehr. Die Uferstraße störte nur selten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr einfach ausgestattet - wirklich nur das nötigste und von dem funktionierte die ein oder ander Sache nicht (nur eine Herdgasflamme, Tür zum Bad klemmte extrem, Dusche undicht etc.) Wir würden das nächste mal lieber 10-20€/pro Tag ausgeben um nicht das Gefühl zu haben auf einer Baustelle zu wohnen. Die Wohnung liegt im Kellergeschoss eines nicht fertig gestellten Doppelhauses. Der Gastgeber war Freundlich auch wenn es nahezu unüberwindbare sprachliche Barrieren gab. (Keine Englisch, Kein Deutsch) Die Wohnung war sauber wenn man von ein paar Spinnweben absieht. Wir haben uns mit dem Mängeln arangiert und einen schönen 10 Tägigen Urlaub dort verbracht.

Gerade noch zweckmäßig

Ein Vorteil hat die Fewo, sie liegt tatsächlich nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt in einer langen ruhigen Bucht. Wenn man Lust hat springt man schnell ins Meer und ist gleich wieder 'Zuhause" Die Uferstraße liegt oberhalb bzw.auf der gegenüberliegenden Buchtseite und ist ab und zu etwas laut aber eher wenig störend. Die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich nur Zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Nur das nötigste und dies funktioniert zum Teil nicht. Türen gehen nicht ganz auf, Duschvorhang zu kurz, nur eine Gasflamme hat funktioniert etc. Grundsätzlich war die Wohnung sauber, wenn man von ein paar Spinnweben absieht. Man kann sich aber mit allem irgendwie mit gutem Willen arangieren. Reklamation hätte auch aufgrund der Sprachbarriere keinen Sinn gehabt. Wir würden nächstes mal lieber 20€/Tag mehr ausgeben und hätten dann nicht das Gefühl auf einer Baustelle zu wohnen
