Simple accommodation just renovated in an old hut centrally located just 150 m from the "Baradello 2000" ski lifts. Equipped with an independent and fenced garden, ideal for children and owners of animals. Living area with cozy fireplace corner, large dining area and newly installed kitchen with induction stove, pots and pans. Three bedrooms with double bed and two bunk beds. Bathroom with washing machine. Parking space in the garden. Deck chairs, garden table, children's games and barbecue. At 50 m supermarket, within 300 m shops, newsagent, pub, playground, ice cream parlor, cinema, kids club, tennis, etc.

Great ski lodge

Great place to stay in Aprica. Fantastic fire! Good, well equipped kitchen and three bedrooms. 200 meters from the ski lift Will book again!

Appartamento caldo e confortevole

Pietro è davvero un ottimo host, disponibile interessato e molto gentile, ha fatto tutto il possibile per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. La casa bifamiliare è situata in un posto ottimo, a piedi si raggiunge l'impianto Baradello 2000 in 5 minuti o gli impianti Campetti in 10 e se c'è buona neve si arriva con gli sci quasi al cancello di casa, la nostra famiglia con 4 bambini si è trovata benissimo davanti al focolare acceso, c'è spazio per ogni cosa ed è attrezzato e completo di tutto il necessario. Ovviamente qualche piccolo limite dato dall'età della casa ma tutto funziona a dovere, nessun problema. Sicuramente ritorneremo

Notre séjour s'est déroulé parfaitement, Pietro est très sympathique. L'appartement est très bien placé et bien équipé. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Non ho soggiornato di persona , ma i miei ragazzi lo hanno trovato un ottimo alloggio, pulito e comodo anche per chi vuole sciare. Pietro il proprietario è stata per me una persona affidabile e disponibilissima. Punteggio pieno !

Stile vecchia baita, molto confortevole

Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, casa dal fascino della vecchia baita con angolo camino davvero confortevole. Tre ampie camere, attrezzata con tutto quanto necessita per sei persone.
