Erholsamer Urlaub bei Claudia

Es war sehr schön. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, vor allem der Pool. Alles notwendige ist in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très belle vue sur la campagne

Nous étions une famille de 2 adultes et 2 ados de 16 et 17 ans. Les points forts de la propriété sont: -Le cadre, très belle campagne environnante, les couchers de soleil vu de la terrasse valent le coup - La piscine particulièrement agréable et fortement recommandée au mois d’août où les températures sont élevées! - Proximité de Rome, nous y sommes allés chaque jour, en voiture (25mn), Rome est désertée par les romains au mois d’aout, on n’y trouve que les touristes. Facilités pour se garer (parkings et zones bleues). Il y fait très chaud, prévoir les visites en matinée ou fin de journée. Évitez les restaurants à Rome même (chers et ne reflètent pas l’Italie à 100%). - les restaurants alentours à Sacrofano, très bon rapport qualité prix et Sacrofano est une petite ville typiquement italienne, ravissante. Les points faibles: -pas de climatisation, des ventilateurs (sur pied dans une chambre et au plafond dans l’autre chambre + salon), en plein été c’est un peu difficile (particulièrement dans la chambre à 3 lits, où les nuits étaient très, très chaudes), qui plus est il est compliqué d’ouvrir les volets et laisser les fenêtres ouvertes en raison des moustiques extrêmement voraces (prévoyez de partir avec prises, crèmes de protection!) et de la sécurité (la ville proche de Prima Porta est en quelque sorte l'équivalent d’une banlieue (lorsque l’on arrive à Paris par le périphérique...). Claudia, la propriétaire nous a prévenu dès notre arrivée. - la salle de bain de la chambre à 3 lits, il faudrait changer le pommeau de douche d’où l’eau ne coule quasiment plus à moins de le « tortiller ». - changer le séchoir à linge (en acier, il rouille et c’est dommage pour le linge) - peut être changer le parasol qui tient difficilement sur son pied, il penche beaucoup:-) - le wifi, très faible, on en dispose que dans le salon, une fois dans les chambres ou sur la terrasse, terminé, plus de wifi. Ce sont des détails mais si l’on prévoit un séjour supérieur à 7 nuits, ils ont leur importance et avec des ados d’autant plus... Claudia est une hôtesse sympathique (nous ne sommes que croisés à notre arrivée, pour le check in), la communication en amont est aisée. En résumé, bonne location pour un court séjour afin de visiter Rome, pour un long séjour il y a des améliorations à apporter.

Topplek in mooie omgeving en perfect als uitvalsbasis naar Rome.

Leuk appartement met mooi groot zwembad, gezellige eigenaresse Claudia die beneden woont en dichtbij leuk dorpje Sacrofano. Grote supermarkt 6 minuten rijden en perfecte plek om eenvoudig met de trein Rome te bezoeken. Kost €1,50 per rit en je stopt in het Piazza Popolo, waarna je heel veel lopend kunt bezoeken. Plek echt een aanrader!

Nice holiday stay close to Rome

We really enjoyed our week in this cosy house in the neighbourhood of Rome. It had everthing we needed. And we liked the fact that we could take the train to the city centre. The only things that could be improved are more shade at the terras and a better bed. Other than that super stay.

Excellent séjour

Maison idéale Deux chambres et deux salles de bain. Nous étions très bien installés.la piscine est un vrai bonheur avec des journées à plus de 35 °, nous en avons bien profité. Nous avons stationné à Prima Porta pour aller à Rome en train. C'était parfait pour 1,50 euro Dîner sur la terrasse avec une vue superbe. Merci Anna.
