Villa with spectacular sea views and surrounded by a large land full of Mediterranean scrub and trees. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. The house is on two floors; it has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, a large room with fireplace and downstairs a shaded porch surrounded by greenery.
The house has two entrances, one from below convenient for walking to the beach and above the main entrance where it is also possible to park two cars a few meters away.
There are two external showers. The house has air conditioning in the sleeping area. The house is also suitable for use not only in summer due to the presence of the fireplace and the sea view.
By car you can reach some places that have made the area known to be one of the most fascinating destinations in the Mediterranean thanks to Piscinas (small desert and wonderful beach also appreciated by wave surfers), Scivu beach, the Montevecchio and Ingurtosu mines, Porto Flavia, Cala Domestica, the dunes and the beach of Pistis and Torre dei Corsari.
The coast is largely wild and unspoiled and has no construction except in the few villages located on the 47 km of the coast of the Municipality of Arbus. See you there!

Amazing view, perfect for a family

Nice sandy beaches reachable within fee minutes by car. Very well equipped kitchen. I can recommend the host and the house!

Perfekt for those who enjoy calmness in their holidays

This house is just wonderful to spend the holidays on the rough and puristic side of Sardinia. The beautiful view from the balcony over the small town and the sea or watching the stars from it is just amazing. The big garden spends you some shadow at high noon to get cooled. You can reach a nice beach by foot in about 3 to 4 minutes or other beautiful beaches by driving 5 to 20min with the car. There is a market with all you need 5-7 car minutes away or bigger supermarkets you can reach in about 30 minutes. There is also a bar/restaurant direct in the town where you can walk in some minutes by feet. The reception of the owners was very warmly. We also had contact via WhatsApp all threw our holidays with tipps for shopping, beaches and also forecasts about how the sea will be the next time (calm or rough) to plan the activities for the next days. It was a pleasure for us to stay two weeks in this house and we can highly recommend it! Ciao Thomas & family

Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub in Danieles Villa. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es Klimaanlagen und Moskitoschutz, auf dem tollen Balkon große Markisen und im Wohnbereich einen Ventilator. Zudem sorgt die Lage am Hang und in Küstennähe dafür, dass immer ein leichter Wind weht, was den Aufenthalt im Haus auch bei hohen Sommertemperaturen sehr angenehm macht. Es gibt zusätzlich 2 Außenduschen.Vom großen Balkon aus hat man unverbauten Meerblick und genießt wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge.Der Weg zum Strand startet direkt am Haus und dauert zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten.Es ist ein toller Sandstrand mit wenig Betrieb, sogar im Hochsommer. Weitere schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub mit Teenagern und Großeltern sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.Daniele ist ein sehr fürsorglicher und freundlicher Gastgeber und hat uns bereits vor Ankunft mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt ( nächster Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Strände, Restaurants).

Wonderful beach vacation to recommend.

We were able to have a wonderful holiday in one of the most beautiful areas of Sardinia-costa verde (July 2022). The small village has its very own charm. The house itself is wonderfully situated above the sea with awesome sunsets. The rooms are spacious and very functional. The kitchen has everything you need and is functional and large. Even at 35 degrees, the rooms are pleasantly tempered. Bedroom with air conditioning is of course available. A large, long sandy beach with wonderfully clear water and the green coast behind it is unique. If you want to enjoy your vacation away from the crowds of tourists, this is the place for you The two hosts Fausto and Daniele are very accommodating and well organized. Checkin and checkout were perfect. Daniele and Fauso: Thank you again at this point!

Magnifique coin de paradis

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison en bord de mer. Vue exceptionnelle, couchers de soleil plages fabuleuses et au calme, même en plein mois d'aout ! Petit village tres calme loin de l'agitation. Le contact avec notre hote est parfait, merci pour les bonnes adresses. La maison est très bien équipée. Pratiques les douches extérieures quand on revient de la plage ! Bref sejour 5 etoiles

Sehr schönes Familien Haus mit perfekter Lage

Das Haus ist mit allen ausgestattet was was man vom eigenen zu Hause auch kennt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ( Daniele ) ist hervorragend und steht jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Man läuft durch den eigenen Garten direkt runter zum Strand. Fussweg lediglich 2 min. Der Strand ist ebenfalls ein Traum. Sehr gut geeignet für Kinder. Der Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer ist ein absolter Ferienheileit und bleibt positiv in Erinnerung. Vielen Dank Daniele das wir unsere schöne Ferienzeit auf Sardinien in deinem wunderschönen Haus verbringen durften. Hoffe man sieht sich zukünftig wieder. Ioannis

Calme, nature et farniente.

Ne vous fiez pas à la vue du balcon. La réalité est encore mieux. A l'ombre le matin pour le petit déjeuner, face à la mer, protégé et aéré le midi grâce aux stores, lumière et chaleur de fin de journée idéale pour l'apéro et le coucher de soleil en prime. La maison est des années 70, avec le charme désuet et les usages qui vont avec, ce qui en fait un lieu avec une âme, un lieu où l'on vit, LA maison de vacances de nos souvenirs. Grande, en hauteur pour avoir de l'air, et une vue sublime, mais les pieds dans l'eau en 180 secondes chrono, difficile de faire mieux. Si vous cherchez l'agitation estivale et les boîtes de nuit passez votre chemin. Ici, vous êtes aux antipodes de la société de consommation, idéal pour se ressourcer en famille. Vous disposerez d'une supérette à 5 min en voiture, et basta ! Pas de foule (mois de juillet), les locaux le week-end, partout un accueil agréable (dont des propriétaires charmants, aux petits soins et prodigues en matière de conseils), des criques et plages d'agréables à paradisiaques à proximité, bref...Nous y retournerons.

Wunderschöne Lage mit tollem Blick auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang

Das Haus ist ideal für eine Familie oder eine Gruppe von Freunden. In der großen und sogar mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine ausgestatteter Küche kann man sehr gut auch für mehrere Leute kochen. Ein Weg führt nach weniger als 200m direkt zum Strand und hinter dem Haus geht es direkt in die wunderschöne Landschaft zum Wandern oder Mountainbiking. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr aufmerksam. Der freundliche Kontakt schon vor unserer Anreise hat unsere Vorfreude noch gesteigert. Zusammenfassend können wir das Haus und die Vermieter zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Peter e i suoi amici sono stati degli ospiti molto graditi. Hanno lasciato la casa in ordine e molto pulita. Vi consiglio sicuramente la loro presenza come ospiti. Sono stati gentilissimi. Al loro arrivo ci hanno regalato 4 bottiglie di ottima birra tedesca. Arrivederci Peter! Peter und seine Freunde waren sehr willkommene Gäste. Sie verließen das Haus in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Ich empfehle ihre Anwesenheit definitiv als Gäste. Sie waren sehr nett. Bei der Ankunft gaben sie uns 4 Flaschen hervorragendes deutsches Bier. Auf Wiedersehen, Peter! Peter and his friends were very welcome guests. They left the house in order and very clean. I definitely recommend their presence as guests. They were very kind. Upon arrival they gave us 4 bottles of excellent German beer. Goodbye Peter!

Coin magnifique, belle et grande maison, et propriétaires au top!

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cette belle maison, nous sommes un couple avec 2 enfants (2 et 7 ans) et la maison est juste parfaite! Belle surprise du jardin qui est en fait assez grand en bas, des jeux et jouets à disposition des enfants et une partie avec des arbres qu'ils ont beaucoup appréciés! De grandes pièces, très propre, la clim au top! Maison très bien équipée et gros coup de coeur pour la terrasse vue mer ♡♡ C'est un vrai petit coin de paradis, on est à 2 min de la plage à pied! Et même en plein mois d'août, peu de monde, le rêve!!! Merci à Fausto et sa femme pour leur gentillesse et leurs précieux conseils! Pour des vacances au calme, dans la nature, je recommande vivement! Villa qui surplombe le petit village avec une vue splendide sur la mer !

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette villa et nous avons adoré même si en arrivant on avait l'impression d'être loin de tout. Finalement ce coin sauvage s'est avéré être un vrai régal. Pensez à bien faire le plein d'essence avant d'arriver car la première station est à 45mn de route. Le coin est reculé et préservé et c'est ce qui fait son charme. La villa dispose de tout le confort nécessaire sauf la wifi et le lave vaisselle. Le propriétaire est adorable et très serviable. Je conseille cette villa à tous ceux qui souhaitent s'écarter un peu du tumulte de la côte nord et qui souhaitent se mettre au vert. Nous avons passé un super moment. Merci
