It has a large living room attached to a dining room, large kitchen, garage and parking space for 3 extra cars. It also has a huge water reservoir. The property has a caretaker/security who will help with switching on the generator in case of an electricity outage and any other duties. The new generator plant can power all the airconditioners and appliances whenever there is power failure.

The price you see is not per room but for the whole house (5 bedrooms) . It is a good standard five bedroom villa spread over two floors with air conditioning in lounge area and in all the bedrooms. Accommodation will provide you with a TV, air conditioning and a patio.
There is a full kitchen with a microwave and an oven. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher as well.
This villa is fitted with an electric pre-paid meter which will be loaded with 50 cedis credit on check in. The customer is responsible for buying more credit as required. The on-site caretaker will assist with this.
