Independent apartment consisting of a mezzanine with two bedrooms, one double is one with two sunbeds. On the lower floor there is a living area with a sofa bed, the kitchen is the bathroom. In the living and kitchen area there are two balconies overlooking the interior of a small communal park with secular trees. The apartment is located 50 mt from the main square is from the Cathedral and 500 mt from the seafront. There is a nightclub and a short walk away, in fact, you can find various wine bars and ice cream parlors. Parking in the street. A garage parking space is available for a fee.

New apartment in historic center

The apartment was lovely, newly renovated and very clean. We arrived early and were able to drop our luggage off and head out to the beach with our family. The weather was hot the week we were visiting and there is one air conditioner unit that nicely cooled the kitchen and living room. The 2 bedrooms are located above in an open loft area and were warm. Marcello, one of our hosts, did provide a fan which helped a bit. The bedroom walls that overlook downstairs are slotted wood and there are no entry doors to the bedrooms, so privacy is very limited. You walk through one bedroom to get into the other. My husband and I were with our adult daughter and her friend and managed to work out a schedule for dressing. The only mirror is in the bathroom, which again, having 3 women getting ready, wasn't convenient. Clean towels were provided partway through our stay. The apartment is in a great location, one block off of the main street, near restaurants, grocery stores and shops. The hosts were easy to reach and responsive to questions, google translate was a big help. We had a wonderful vacation in Marsala!
