THE TERRACES OF SAN LEONARDO, Lightning

The property is part of an organic farm located on the Tyrrhenian coast of Cosenza.

Inside the farm there are several rural structures in the small private church, which can accommodate up to 30 people.

The structure is within a farm that uses biological cultivation methods. The company extends for about 200 hectares. In the company of great importance are the forests of cork oak, secular. Clearly, the holiday is a place of relaxation and tranquility in the middle of nature, with the company of the owner who lives in the company.

The most striking thing about is the salinity of the air and the tranquility of the place. The first thing that fascinates those who reach the farm is the panoramic view, which in days of greater visibility allows to see Sicily and the Aeolian Islands.

The structure, although having an independent entrance, is part of the family farm dating back to 1600 but restructured in 2010, built within a farm company, conducted with biological cultivation methods, where you can live in full relaxation of your daily business life .

Best view ever

The house is extremely gorgeous and comfortable but the views are priceless. The family who owns the property is very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back.

"This wonderful old prope...

"This wonderful old property was very spacious and beautifully clean. The proprietor and his daughter were extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel most welcome. The views from the property are stunning. It is like stepping into paradise. We were there in October and the weather was lovely and warm.A good time of year to go if you want peace and quiet. All the fruit grown on the farm is organic. We would love to go back."

Abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa, la casa (app.Lampo) è bellissima, spaziosa e confortevole; eravamo due famiglie per un totale di 8 persone e ci siamo stati comodissimi. La vista delle finestre e dal terrazzo e fantastica; per non parlare dei proprietari della casa che sono stati così accoglienti e disponibili. Stiamo già pensando di ritornare, magari in un periodo diverso per conoscere al meglio questa terra e la sua gente.

Bellissima struttura e casa

Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza nella struttura Lampo. casa bellissima, molto ben arredata e dotata di una vista mozza fiato sul golfo di marina di Cetraro. Un posto molto tranquillo do ve poter passare una riposante vacanza. Il proprietario, signor Giuseppe, una persona gentilissima e cordialissima. Lo consiglio per tutti. Unica pecca, se vogliamo dirla tutta è la necessità della macchina per raggiungere il mare, ma la distanza da percorrere non è molta 5 minuti in auto.

Bester Urlaub überhaupt.

Das Unterkunft läßt keine Wünsche offen. Der Zustand, die Ausstattung und auch das gesammte Umfeld sind überdurchschnittlich. Der Vermieter war jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend schön. Die Sicht reichte teilweise bis zum Stromboli(120km). Wir (4 Erwachsene + 8 Kinder)haben uns gefühlt wie zu Hause. Der Platz ist großzügig bemessen. Wir empfanden es nicht als Nachteil, dass man, um ans Meer zu kommen, in den Wagen steigen musste. Mehrmals wurden wir mit frischem Brot, direkt aus dem Steinofen, und frischen Obst/Gemüse versorgt. Auch die fahrenden Händler mit frischem Fisch und Meeresfrüchten lieferten absolute TOP-Qualität. Das Wasser war bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen um 40Grad immer angenehm kühlend, etwa 24Grad warm und sauber. Auch im Haus waren es durch den bestädig am Hang wehenden Wind angenehme 28Grad. Es ist uns wirklich schwergefallen nach 3 Wochen wieder abzureisen. Wir sind uns einig: Hier werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hinkommen.

Die Wohnung ist solide ei...

Die Wohnung ist solide eingerichtet. Trotz Dachgeschosswohnung keine Hitze, da gut gedämmt. Leider ist die terrasse sehr klein, so dass bei einer Nutzung der Wohnung mit 10 Personen immer im Zimmern gegessen werden muss. Der Blick auf die Küste ist spektakuär. Um an den Strand zu kommen, muss man aber ca. 30 Min. laufen, zurück länger, da so steil oben auf dem Berg. Wir empfehlen dem stets freundlichen Vermieter die Errichtung eines Schwimmbades. Herzlichen Dank für die angenehme Betreuung!

"giuseppe de caro and his family were very gracious his daughters made a delicious torta for us as did his wife and his sister Raffaella helped the translations to english the house was big and very clean, it was very comfortable plenty of space for 4 adults with 2 big bathrooms and plenty of hot water. the house also has hot water heat (radiators)it's very comfortable. There is an Exceptional view of the sea and mountains from kitchen window and the balcony where we had our morning caffe and glass of wine in the evenings and saw some beautiful sunrires and sunsets the pictures on the site really do not show how nice this house is it's a very quiet location it's a great place to relax there are some very good restaurants near by such as Calypso on the sea in Belvedere Marittimo 10 km north and La Carruba 1.5 km you'll enjoy the seafood and pizzas at either restaurant".

"Beautiful views, a clean property and a friendly host. The photos do not do justice to the wonderful views across the Mare Tirreno. A car is essential, although there are many small towns to explore in the local area as well as clean beaches. We would certainly visit again!"
