Newly constructed villa, stilted construction, 3 bed rooms with attached bath rooms, bar & a bar lounge, open kitchen and dining area, beautiful roof top with a great view of the city, close to a shopping mall housing fine eateries and entertainment centers, walking distance from the public transportation hubs and a block away from a public park suitable for morning/evening walks and a place for children to play. Bed rooms have king-size beds. One bath has a tub and other two showers. Kitchen is fully functional and includes all the necessary kitchen items and gadgets needed to do cooking. Dining table can seat 6 persons. In addition to the dining table, the kitchen counter is also available for seating additional persons. Bar, kitchen, dining--all are in open area. Bar is a great place to entertain guests and relatives. Beautiful roof top of the villa also is a great place to hold parties and celebrations or have a quiet time with loved ones

I am originally from India. I left India in 1970 to pursue higher studies in USA. After earning an M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering in USA, I decided to stay in the USA permanently. I am retired now and live in Cedar City, Utah. I visit India every now and then to see my brother and his family who live in a flat one level below my flat. My nephew's wife manages our villa for us. She is a house wife, mother of two children, great cook, interior designer, adorable, extremely hospitable and well liked by everyone
Why they chose this property
This property has been rebuilt on the land owned by my father. It is a newly constructed, tastefully decorated flat my family and I in the USA had planned to use after my retirement but recent circumstances are not allowing us to do that. We want others to enjoy and cherish this beautiful place instead.
What makes this property unique
This place is unique, away from the crowd and noises of the city. It is located in a nice neighborhood. People are extremely friendly, helpful, caring and hospitable. Two nice parks, one smaller one for the children to play and a bigger one for adults and children to play and get involved with host of activities, are just block away. The parks offer a great place to meet other people from the neighborhood to friend with them, spent time with them, and basically enjoy their company. The roof-top of the flat has a garden with variety of flowers, plants, bushes etc. It can be used for open air dinning under the sky and stars or for holding small gatherings for a party.
