Kingfisher Lodge is a NITB accredited 4 star property and is one of only 8 luxury homes located on the exclusive island of Inishkeeragh in the heart of the beautiful Fermanagh lakelands in what is the most tranquil of settings imaginable.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Luxuriously appointed and architecturally designed Kingfisher Lodge boasts a spectacular split level open plan living, kitchen and dining area with seating for ten with spectacular views over Lough Erne and the large garden which extends to the foreshore and shared jetty. There are 4 large bedrooms, capable of sleeping 10 people in comfort. The master bedroom has a lake view with with a double bed and is en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a lake view with twin single beds. Bedroom 3 sleeps up to 3 in bunk beds with a double bed below and single over. Bedroom 4 also sleeps 3 with twin singles with the option for a full sized pull out bed. The luxury bathroom and en-suite showers all benefit from a pressure water system ensuring powerful showers on demand.
The large lounge boasts a welcoming wood burning stove with hardwood logs for your convenience. There is a flat screen TV with digital freeview channels and free WiFi (limited to 20gb).
Additionally there is a Playstation 3 Slim with a selection of games for all ages and a number of boardgames, DVD's and CD's for your use whatever the weather. Kingfisher Lodge has a digital safe for the security of your valuables. The property has a zoned alarm system and access to the site is by fully automated entrance gates. We are sorry that we only accept bookings from family groups and are unable to accommodate any stag or hen celebrations.

THE GARDENS
The large gardens extend down to the lough shore and offer plenty of room for ball games, walking or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. The shared jetty is available for the mooring of any hire boats, fishing or even jetty jumping if you like! Please note- no jet skis are allowed in this stretch of water.

Lovely place

Fantastic peaceful place

The house was amazing with views from all rooms. I laid in bed and watched beautiful swans feeding in the back yard. The dock was nice to sit at and have coffee. We will definitely be back!

Lovely house, really made our trip

The house is well designed for families. The open kitchen and living area was great dun to chill out in. The house was well equipped, plenty of kitchen utensils etc, lots of games, books etc. The views over the lake, the fire and the egg chair were all lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing getaway

House was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Owner met us there to let us in, and left a wonderful basket of treats. The whole house was comfortable and all the needed kitchen and bathroom amenities were provided. Communication with the owner was great, every part of the booking process was easy. A great property.

My husband and I along with my parents and our four kids thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. The owners were very welcoming and their house was in a very beautiful location with an amazing view of the Lough. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to cook a beautiful Father’s Day brunch. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Gorgeous view, modern, hospitable!

Thank you Dougie and Jenny for a lovely stay. Your instructions were perfect for arrival. Your home was beautiful with such a serene view of the lake. We enjoyed a swan family in the morning and explored the terrific area. The drive to Belleek was quick for a tour, the ride to Ballyshannon for traditional music at the Thatch was lovely and only a couple minutes to see the Janus figure. Thanks for everything! We hope to return!

Fantastic home in a perfect setting

This is our second stay, as two families of 5 at Kingfisher Lodge. We loved it so much we had to return, and will again in the future. The Lodge is absolutely perfect for families. It is extremely well equipped, spacious, spotless and a great size. We have enjoyed paddleboarding on the lakes followed by smores at the outdoor fire during both visits and gathering around the huge dining table in the evenings. Could not rate this place highly enough. Thanks so much for allowing us back to enjoy your fabulous holiday home.

Wonderful house and setting

Beautiful house, extremely well equipped, in an idyllic setting on the shores of Lough Erne. We had a reunion of 4 couples , and the house really worked well for our large gathering. Even though it was a very chilly , windy weekend , we were warm and cosy throughout our stay. Lovely to have a blazing log fire too! The owners were very helpful and hospitiable , and answered our queries very quickly. Would heartily recommend!

Beautiful house

A gorgeous property in am amazing location with its own jetty at the bottom of the garden and a view to die for. The house had everything we could have wanted and was clean and comfortable and had lots of little extras - coffee maker, kids games, PS3 and loads of games and a lovely welcome pack . A large drinks fridge was very useful and with 2 ensuite bedrooms, a large family bathroom and a downstairs shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer and washing tabs etc it was really well equipped. Instructions were easy to follow and Jenny was very helpful in answering queries. A great find!

Excellent property, amazing views!

This was an excellent property to stay for a week, we could have stayed longer! Great communication with Jenny in the run up to and throughout the trip. The open plan living/kitchen/dining area definitely has the wow factor, even before you take in the amazing views of Lough Erne! The private jetty allowed for peaceful fishing and my husband and son managed to catch 2 big pikes! The kitchen was fully equipped and upstairs had finishing touches like toiletries, fluffy white towels and bottles of water. We would love to stay again!

Amazing stay in a beautiful location

Where do I start? From an amazing house on arrival with all the amenities you could imagine. We were blown away even before we walked out the back to see the beautiful lough erne and our own private jetty. Fishing, water sports and morning swims were the order of the day. Beautiful sunshine blessed us for the week and we had the most amazing staycation ever. Thank you Jenny and Dougie for a trip to remember. We will definitely be back.
