Welcome to The Beach House at Garden City . Unit 319 is a third floor condo with a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with an ocean-view located 0.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier. This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and microwave oven. The living room has a private balcony with access to the master bedroom as well. This condo also has a private washer and dryer, central heat and air conditioning, three cable equipped flat-screen TVs (one wifi TV), DVD player, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one King, one Queen and one Twin sized bed, plus a Futon Queen if needed in the living room. Common area includes a swimming pool, sun deck, beautifully landscaped grounds and an on-site coin operated laundry. No trailers. NO SMOKING-NO PETS. A $120 Linen and Towel charge is added to your reservation. Owner can provide contact info for linen and towel service. One off street parking spot. No elevator. Maximum occupancy: 7.

The location was great. You could get to Myrtle Beach, Murrell's Inlet, Surfside Beach, & Pawley's Island very easily. The condo was oceanfront/beachfront, which made it very easy. The owner was great to communicate with & very flexible with the Hurricane/Tropical Storm warnings. Would stay here again.

Perfect place for a family

This property is conveniently located on the beach, close to the pier and short drive to Myrtle Beach. The condo layout is perfect for a family with small children. We loved the short walk to the pool and beach. Chris is very easy to deal with and addresses any issues quickly. He also provided us with some tips on places to bring our kids. We plan to return.

March Getaway

The condo was exactly as described. We really enjoyed our morning coffee watching the sunrise. The beds were very comfortable and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable beach stay.

Good unit for our stay

we stay in garden city for 25 yrs. We tried this new to Us unit for a month, eveything was good few issues with TV service etc. Which Chris will get cable Company to Clear, Chris also plans to update some of the furniture. Unit has great location, Clean, we alway go for a month Plan on returning every year . would recommed his unit !!

Great place

Our second stay at this condo. Perfect, with a great view for not being oceanfront. Would highly recommend it. A primary consideration is it is on the third floor with no elevator. At 70, not a problem for the wife and I, but just saying. The owner is easy to contact and we have never had a problem there. Would certainly recommend it to a friend or family member.

Home away from home

Amazing view! Sunrise is absolutely stunning from the balcony! I would turn everything off at night to hear the ocean waves while I slept. The condo was clean and felt like home away from home. Chris was extremely quick to respond and very helpful. We plan on returning in the future! Wonderful experience!

Late October Getaway

First, visiting the beach from MB all the way down to Pawley’s Island during this time of year is way underrated. Low crowds, short restaurant waits, less traffic, and the weather was perfect. The water was too cold for some but doesn’t stop diehards from getting in, and 65-70° on the beach is surprisingly warm and comfortable (shorts & t-shirt days & a hoodie/light jacket at night). Second, our condo stay was perfect. It was just the right size for the 4 of us, offered a great view of the beach, and was just steps (and a few flights of stairs) away from the beach. Chris was amazing as a host. His communication before, during our stay, and afterwards was great. He was gracious to accommodate a few small requests that we had. We would absolutely recommend this place any time of year, and believe that all would have the same experience. The only negative is the fact that the building has no elevator, be prepared to haul everything up to the 3rd floor. This can also be a great way to get your steps in while taking it easy at the same time.

Beautiful view

Chris was a wonderful host and was easy to communicate with. He gave us the option for a refund due to Hurricane Ian affecting the area, but we chose to go. The condo was perfect for our family of four with two small children. We loved to have meals or read on the balcony where we could see and hear the ocean.

Wonderful week in Garden City Beach!

The condo was exactly as advertised! The proximity to the beach was fabulous! We spent a glorious week coming and going to the beach as needed. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and a teenager! The kitchen was good, and the amenities allowed for cooking in , if that’s what was desired! The owner (Chris) was in contact with us throughout the process. I would certainly recommend this condo for those people looking to explore the Grand Strand experience!

Overall very good experience! There was a few areas that could’ve been cleaned better prior To our stay and they were things that looked like hadn’t been touched in a long time but nothing that was really pressing or concerning, just things that were noticeable. We loved the condo It truly is spectacular many reviews do mention the steps however in today's world that can also be alleviated somewhat . So we used instacart and doordash a lot . The condo is totally stocked very clean and interesting decorated between the beach atmosphere and personal.family items that really made the condo feel like home . We plan to stay again

The condo was right on the beach but far enough away from the larger complexes in the area. We fell asleep and woke up to ocean waves every day.

Why they chose this property

The Beach House at Garden City is a 57 unit condominium complex. I first came to this property with my wife and sons in 1994. We finally purchased our unit in 2015. The old saying, "Somethings never change".... thank goodness for that, because this condo and Garden City Beach are just like the old times when my boys were young. It's the perfect spot for a family beach vacation and a couples get away. A real throw back! Most owners and guests are toting little ones and meeting up with relatives for a family summer vacation. Our unit is 319. It has everything needed for a family to enjoy the view and fresh air from the sea. The morning sunrise and the moonlit ocean makes this location a spot that will help create your greatest family memories.
If flying down.....a rental car isn't really necessary. Bars, restaurants, live music, groceries, ice cream, snacks and shops are a short walk down by the Garden City Pier. Car service and Uber are vastly available throughout the area for venturing out!

What makes this property unique

This unit was completely updated. New down to the studs "2018"
All new furniture, flooring, paint and appliances throughout. This is a family owned condo. It is well maintained and kept very clean. Please no smoking, we don't. We hope you enjoy your stay. Thank you.
