About this property
Monika's dream house
Autonomous apartment of 80 sqm on the 5th floor of a block of flats. Fully renovated in 2015. Security door, double glazing, internal fireplace, very large veranda full of flowers, οverlooking the hill of Lycabetus and the port of Piraeus.
The house has a bedroom with double bed, 2 Bedside tables, large mirror, TV, air condition and balcony door. Next to the room there is a walk-in wardrobe
The entrance of the house is decorated with a large antique mirror along with the small chest. Τhere is also a small Sofa with twso armchairs dating from 1930. On the walls you will see my collection of old wind musical instruments.
In the living room you will find two large corner sofas, a fireplace, a small library, a TV with home cinema, P/C and air condition.
The living room is adjacent to the dining room. There, you will find a very nice table with 8 chairs and my collection of old vases of Villeroy an Boch. On the wall you will see a very old wooden door, painted by an unknown painter, around 1960. It was used as a door for a chapel. The large balcony door communicates with the terrace, where you will find a dining table with 8 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There you will find a large fridge-freezer, oven and microwave, cooking hob, coffee maker and kettle. Also dishes, cutlery, platters and cooking utensils
The bathroom is decorated with natural stone. It has a large mirror, drawer table, shower cubicle and drawer furniture.
Important details.
In winter the apartment has central heating. All year round it has hot water from the solar or electric water heater
The wifi internet is very fast and covers the entire apartment and the terrace.
Water is drinkable and has a double carbon filter

In my apartment you will feel at home. Relax in the fireplace or on the terrace. You will enjoy your drink with lots of ice cubes that makes you the American fridge. You will practice your culinary art, as in the kitchen you will find everything necessary for a good meal. You will not worry about hot water, as there is both a solar and an electric water heater in the house. The mattress is anatomical and really ensures a dreamlike sleep
