Character abounds in this gorgeous house of over 2,600 SF (260 m2), including the living space and private terraces.

Original features abound from the French doors and windows, yet extensive modernization ensures that all the comforts of home are present. It has been completely renovated in 2008 and it is furnished with the most modern accessories, making your staying the most comfortable one.

The house is built up in two floors. The rooms are huge, decorated with a mix of French and Eastern style.

The house comprises 4 full size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, the dining room that comfortably seats 10 people is connected to a small terrace where you can have an intimate meal- Reception Area, Large Living Room. Private master bedroom terrace,- Terrace complete with Parilla (BBQ)

Amenities include use of a complimentary cell phone, wireless broadband internet, Cable TV, DVD, A stereo system where you can also plug your Ipod, all utilities including A/C.

The 4 bedrooms, 2 have queen size Simmons Beauty Rest beds furnished with soft accents, The master bedroom on the top level has a king size bed a bathroom and views of the terrace- . This room has his own TV and working desk.

The property sleeps 8 comfortably and is large enough to afford individual privacy when there is a need- The house provides several lovely indoor and outdoor areas for gathering and entertaining.

A modern kitchen with modern appliances will provide everything you will need to entertain or simply prepare your meals.

The property has proved popular for film and productions crews, families and groups.
