The pool is equipped with state-of-the-art water purification systems that guarantee a crystalline and perfect water for the bathroom. The house has built 125 m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is in perfect condition combining classic and modern elements that together with its terracotta floor give the feeling of comfort and well-being of an Andalusian house.
The Villa is located within the quiet and beautiful urbanization 500 meters from the Club Casa del Golf Campano.
Characteristic of the area are also the Equestrian Clubs, where you can enjoy great excursions on horseback without forgetting that the Novo Sancti Petri and the incredible Barrosa beach, El Palmar beach and the town of Conil are nearby.

Beautiful retreat

The property is beautiful. It is surrounded with a great garden and pool. Amazing olive trees complete the landscape and makes it unique. It’s a peaceful and safe neighborhood with a 5 min walk distance from a nice local restaurant and grocery store. The house have all you need to have a comfortable and nice vacation. Everything is super clean. The house has a lot of charm and it’s super cozy. Javier, the owner, was super friendly and gave us all kind of facilities to make our vacation memorable. We truly recommend it and would love to come back soon!

Heerlijke authentieke Spaanse villa met prachtige tuin

Wij hebben genoten van deze plek waar je tot rust komt in de prachtige tuin, in de schaduw van oude olijfbomen en bij het heerlijke zwembad. Huis ligt in een leuke villawijk, met vlakbij een Carrefour supermarkt. Ook een klein barretje op loopafstand. Het mooie Barroso strand ligt op 10 minuten rijden met leuke beach clubs of gewoon met je eigen parasol. Javier was heel fijn om mee te communiceren en heeft ons geweldige tips gegeven voor restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Het huis zelf is heel gezellig en authentiek. Enige aandachtspunt is dat er alleen airco in de woonkamer is, niet in de 3 slaapkamers, wat met de warme juli nachten wel soms warm slapen was. Gelukkig staat er in elke kamer een ventilator die uitkomst biedt. Wij raden deze villa zeker aan!

Leider Ameisen in der Küche

Eigentlich wäre es ein Traumhaus, wenn da nicht die Ameisen, welche hinter der Einbauküche wohnen, sofort herauskommen, sobald man anfängt zu Kochen. Der Vermieter verwies nur wo das Armeisenpulver steht. Ansonsten ein schönes Haus mit tollem Garten und Pool.Auch von der Lage hat es gut gepasst, da es in der Nähe der Autobahn steht ohne, dass man diese hört. Ein besserer Sonnenschutz auf der Terasse wäre von Vorteil.

Las hormigas no salen cuando cocinas jamás. Las hormigas salen cuando dejas la cocina sucia llena de latas migas de pan etc. Nos faltan unas frutas decorativas de mentira. No queda ni una. Nos han roto el apolla botellas de la nevera. Han movidos las lámparas de su sitio. La casa la han entregado muy, muy sucia. Una pena, nunca una familia de Alemania ha cuidado tan mal nuestra casa, todo lo contrario, los inquilinos alemanes son siempre ejemplares.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen Andalusien-Urlaub

Das Haus und der großzügige Garten sind sehr gepflegt und einladend. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer freundlich und schnell und seine Empfehlungen sind immer sehr gut gewesen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Gelungener Sommerurlaub

Wir haben zu sechst das sehr schöne und gemütliche Haus bewohnt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Standort ist auch super, da man von dort aus schöne Ecken, ob Städte oder Strände schnell erreichen kann. Und unser Vermieter, Javier war für uns immer ansprechbar, ob noch in Deutschland oder vor Ort. Und er hat uns sogar bei den Terminen für Covid-Test geholfen, obwohl uns vorher von gleicher Stelle mitgeteilt wurde, dass es nichts mehr frei gäbe. Javier hat von Anfang an für einen stressfreien Urlaub gesorgt. Danke

Gorgeous place to be!

We spent two wonderful weeks in this fantastic andalusian villa! It is a lovely and peaceful home on a beautiful big plot with a private pool. We didn't miss anything as the Villa is equipped with everything you need. The property manager as well as the owner have been very helpful and providing us with great recommendations where to find good restaurants and beaches. It's been an unforgettable, relaxing stay with beautiful sunsets to marvel at right behind the backyard.

Wunderbare Unterkunft! Ein Traum!

Wir (Eltern, 4 Kinder) verbrachten traumhafte 3 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft. Abseits vom Lärm und von Menschenmengen genossen wir den Pool, das traumhafte Haus. Das Haus war perfekt eingerichtet, von der Klimaanlage, WLAN bis zum Küchengeschirr. Etwa 10 Minuten zum nächsten Mercadonna oder Lidl. Jedes Abendessen mit Sonnenuntergang, viele Stunden im Pool, aber auch die vielen Ausflüge (Gibraltar, Tarifa mit Delfinbeobachtung), Bolonia mit Düne und Ausgrabung, Cadiz zum Tapasessen, mehrfach Sevilla mit Shopping, Flamenco, Kathedrale), Jerez mit der königlichen Reitschule, Strandausritte (10 Autominuten entfernt mit Karin in Chiclana), Algarve Tour zur letzten Bratwurst vor Amerika, Wanderungen El Torcal, die Dolmen bei Antequera, Quadfahren, Guadix, natürlich Ronda, Vejer - traumhafte Stadt - usw. usw. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmals diesen Traum buchen!

Très agréable séjour !

Maison agréable, grand jardin et belle piscine. Tout est bien entretenu. Miguel est de très bon conseil et disponible. Voiture nécessaire : supermarché à 5mn, plages à 10mn et beaux villages à visiter aux alentours. En bref, belle région. Merci à Javier pour sa réactivité et disponibilité pour la réparation de climatisation. Adresse à retenir pour une prochaine visite dans la région !
