Deep Creek Lake

While the property itself was very nice the property management company, Taylor Made Vacations does a terrible job at cleaning. The place was very dirty/dusty. Also the pool was not available which was one of the primary reasons we picked this property.

Beautiful home bedding questionable

Beautiful home but beds are extremely uncomfortable and bedding is Dollar General quality. Why would such a gorgeous expensive home take such a shortcut

Beautiful home, not worth what we paid.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful home with a beautiful view. The family was excited to go. I spent the money expecting not to have to worry about anything. Overall the agent was responsive, but they should've done a walk through before check in. TVs didn't work, DVD players didn't work, The water dispenser didn't work, the hot tub didnt work. The pool table cues were worn and warped. We couldnt even use the phone to check out, it was broken. And by the way, a sleeper sofa should not be advertised as a queen. I'll look for another agency and place next time.
