Located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, considered the ancient heart of the Inca Empire that begins just over 15 kilometers from Cusco. This valley extends between the cities of Písac and Ollantaytambo. It is a very rich area in Inca ruins that offers stunning views of the Andean mountains and charming villages. The Urubamba River crosses this valley roaring, whose tributaries pass through deep gorges leading to numerous lakes. At the north end of the valley is the spectacular citadel of Machu Picchu, a place that any visitor in the area should visit.
