Sleeping up to three people in two bedrooms, this terraced cottage is in Aberbanc near Newcastle Emlyn.
Gerlan is a cosy terraced cottage in the village of Aberbanc near Newcastle Emlyn. It has a double and a single room upstairs. Downstairs is a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside, there is off road parking for one car, and around twenty yards away is a garden with sloped lawn and covered sitting area with furniture, BBQ and views over the countryside. Gerlan makes a very welcoming base for enjoying walking and cycling, and even heading to the Pembrokeshire and mid-Wales coastline.
Amenities: Storage heating throughout, additional heating from woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, small selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed garden about 20 yards away with covered seating area with furniture and BBQ and sloping lawns. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 6 mins walk. Note: Lawned areas are on slopes so young children to be supervised. Note: Cottage on side of road so children to be supervised.
