it is a Penthouse apartment situated on the 5th floor with a lift (elevator), it has a large Terrace and it is facing the beach directly.
The view is amazing, and breathtaking.
who ever stays there they will definitely come back again just for the beach view from the Terrace.
the Residence is guarded and secured with surveillance cameras and guards and fenced garden.
There is a free WIFI internet on inside the apartments and in the garden as well.
the apartments has three air-conditioning systems, one in the lounge and one in each room.
its furnished and has a washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker and oven.
the master bedroom has a king size bed.
the other bedroom has two single beds.
the sitting room/Lounge has a sofa bed.
The bathroom has a large Jacuzzi, a toilet and a washbasin.
