Palma as well as the longest beaches of Mallorca in the bay of Alcudia are only 20 to 30 minutes away. The probably most interesting flea market of the island takes place every Sunday in Consell, which is only 10 minutes away. Thanks to the good transport connections, the villa is an ideal starting point to many beaches, good shopping possibilities, wonderful excursion destinations, hiking and cycling trails as well as to the airport of the island capital Palma.IMPORTANTIn the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
