About this property

A typical 100 year old Lamia styled villa with gardens and pool, tastefully renovated keeping its original features. Located in a beautiful countryside near the SP28, calm, opposite a nature reserve, yet only a five minute drive to the next infrastructure in Ostuni .
This is our summer house, which has been beautifully and carefully renovated just now, while keeping its original features. The house is located 4 km from the centre of Ostuni, set in a lovely countryside, near to local shops and amenities including a supermarket, fish monger, butcher, bakery etc. We've installed a new high end kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine / dryer, air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms as well as electric gates and monitored alarm system. There is a nice swimming pool 10x4 mtrs with sun beds and lounge chairs, a large outside terrace, large pool terrace with pergola and dining area as well as a roof terrace with stunning views of Ostuni and countryside. All three bedrooms have been tastefully furnished. There are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The house also has a large roof terrace with views of Ostuni and the countryside.
