Cinderella House


The house of Cinderella is located in a courtyard restored with great care, and situated in a quiet location, immersed in the green countryside east of Lucca. A very beautiful area, characterized by a hilly landscape surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.

ACCOMMODATION: The ground floor consists of kitchen with fridge / freezer, stove (4 burners), oven, dining table. Living room with sofa and TV, bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms. One with a double bed and the possibility of adding a cot; the other with 2 single beds and a loft bed. The laundry area with washing machine, sink, shower and toilet is located outside the house.
Rustic style furnishings, terracotta floors, beamed ceilings and some antique furniture.
Car parking in front of the house.
Garden and patio with table and chairs to spend time relaxing. Internet available for free. Private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests.
Final cleaning of 20 euros to be paid on the spot

Great base for exploring the local area

The property is in a very quiet location which served as a base for visiting Pisa, Lucca and Florence. The owners live right next door and were extremely helpful and friendly. A car is essential to reach the property and to explore the local area and for reaching shops and restaurants. The only downside for us is that it was extremely hot during our visit and while one bedroom had a screened window which allowed a set of shutters to remain open, the other bedroom windows were not screened, requiring shutters to be closed to stop biting insects getting in. We did find it quite hard to get much sleep. The pool area was really nice and provided a much needed respite from the heat. Thank you Tiziana and Manuele for allowing us to visit.

Ruhiges Haus im Oktober in der Toskana

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der ersten Oktoberhälfte. Die ruhige Lage ist genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Lucca und Pisa sind für Tagesausflüge nah genug dran, ebenso das Meer.

Tolles Haus, super Pool, nette Vermieterin, erholsamer Urlaub!!!

Wir waren von Mitte Juli bis Anfang August mit unseren 3 Kindern (6, 9 und 11 Jahre alt) in dem Ferienhaus!Es hat uns super gefallen! Der Pool ist toll und war zu unserer alleinigen Nutzung und wurde täglich gereinigt. Es handelt sich um eine schöne Wohnung in einem alten Bauernhaus, daher war es trotz der Hitze drinnen recht kühl, keine Klima (auch nicht nötig). Ventilator vorhanden. Das Bad ist recht alt, aber noch vollkommen o.k.. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine, aber einen Abtropfschrank, für uns vollkommen ausreichend! Parkmöglichkeit direkt vorm Haus. Die Vermieterin wohnt mit ihrem erwachsenen Sohn nebenan. Sie sind sehr nett und waren zurückhaltend, auch berufstätig, wir fühlten uns nicht eingeschränkt! Man kann die Waschmaschine nutzen, wann man möchte und Trockengelegenheiten sind ausreichend vorhanden (lange Leine + Wäscheständer). Gebäude- bzw. Gebäudeteile auf dem Innenhof sind zum Teil unbewohnt/baufällig, aber auch das stört die schöne Atmosphäre nicht! Vor allem unsere Kinder liebten die 4-5 zutraulichen Hofkatzen, einen alten Hund hat die Vermieterin auch. Zum Einkaufen/ Bäcker muss man 2 km fahren/radeln, war aber für uns auch kein Problem. Es gab schon einigermaßen viele Mücken, Haus zum Teil mit Mückengittern, im Elternschlafzimmer keine Mückengitter. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort wunderbar erholt, viele Ausflüge (Florenz, Strand, Windhöhle...) unternommen, Familien-Spieleabende draußen oder abends noch lange draußen mit einem Wein gesessen! Toller Urlaub!Danke Tiziana!

Un soggiorno relax nella pace della campagna

La vacanza è stata bellissima! La proprietaria Tiziana e suo figlio molto accoglienti, gentili e presenti. La casa e la piscina molto pulita, la piscina veniva pulita accuratamente ogni mattina. Consiglio questa proprietà per una vacanza di relax in mezzo alla campagna al suono delle cicale e ranocchie 😊😊

The thing I prefer about this house is the exposure to the sun and countless windows. It has terracotta floors and beams on the ceiling.
The beautiful veranda in the garden, in the warm summer evenings, allows you to relax and enjoy food, relaxation and silence in the green.
