Villa Teranga is an ideal executive style Boutique Villa and Guest House for individual visitors, couples, groups of friends and families. The spacious accommodation comprises of 5 bedrooms with en-suite and 2 extra bedrooms with 5 single beds without adjoining bathrooms. There is an external bathroom available for guests using the 2 additional bedrooms. The whole villa can be booked for 10 people occupying the 5 executive suites. Extra beds for small children and a baby cot can also be made available in the parents' suite at a very reasonable rate.
The additional 2 bedrooms can be made available for additional guests arriving as part of a group or for other budget travelers . An external bathroom is available for those sleeping in the 2 additional rooms.
We offer flat screen TVs and fridges in all executive suites. A wide screen TV is situated in the living and dining area. Keeping a theme of blending modern style with strong colonial and African influences, each room has been individually furnished to high standards with ocean views, or spectacular views of the gardens.

Villa Teranga has a large kitchen, a spacious dining and living room and many outdoor spaces suitable for gatherings, family events, small weddings and many other occasions. Villa Teranga offers guests a large kitchen, a spacious dining and living room that is available for self catering guests. An occasional cook can also be made available who can offer delicious continental and African style meals at a reasonable cost.
Villa Teranga is an ideal and secluded location for business meetings with a generous parking area within the compound.
Villa Teranga is located 10 minutes uphill from Bojo Beach and is also close to Kokrobitey Beach, in the Greater Accra region.
The property is located a 45 minute drive from the airport on a hill above the village of Bortianor, Greater Accra (off the George Bush Highway and the Accra - Wineba road). Total security at VillaTeranga is guaranteed with a caretaker and security guard on site. Daily cleaning of rooms is included in rentals. There are many options for sightseeing and for touring and excursions can be tailor-made to individual choices.

Your photographs d not do your property justice. It was warm and inviting and full of character. My family and I were so happy to spend our vacation there. Thomas was very professional and helpful in so many ways. Getting to the villa was a huge challenge only because of the condition of the roads. Much luck in your road improvements. This is a disappointing review as the staff team really supported this group in order to make their stay a positive one. Is it a problem that the owner was present at the property? In terms of space we added an extra bed to turn your room into a family room and we even waived the additional cost. Villa TERANGA is an ideal property for 5 young children to run around, but that was not mentioned in the very limited review! Micah you could have been more gracious in your comments ! Khadijah

Absolutely delightful! What a beautiful and peaceful place! I would recommend it to all.

Our large group of 13 (10 adults; 3 children) stayed at Villa Terenga for three weeks in July (2018). It was a most magical stay, and I would recommend it to all. First, the house. The pictures do not do this house justice. You can't see it from the street, but behind that large gate is a piece of heaven. The beautiful Moroccan style house has a lot of Ghanaian touches - like the huge wooden doors adorned with adinkrah symbols to the and the furniture. Each of the executive rooms were beautiful and well equipped. The courtyard is magical, and the view from the second floor is unbelievable!. Members of our group spent many nights on the second floor balcony looking out at the beach and the city around us. During the day, our kids had a blast in the pool. The staff: I don't know what we would do without Mr. Yaw Biyorse. He was godsend. And we could not have had such a great experience without his help. He was always available, but not intrusive; he was also kind and very generous with his time. Thank you, Yaw! For most members of our group, it was their first trip to Ghana (Africa). This was the perfect place to land, as it provided much luxury, and clear retreat from the hustle and bustle of Accra. We'd trek out to Accra during the day, and come home to heaven! While, Khadijah, the owner, was not physically present, she was always just a text/WhatsApp message away. She checked in on our group often, and made sure that everything was taken care of. I have recommended this place to all of my friends - Ghanaians and others. And I surely will be staying at Villa Terenga in the near future!
