This is a spectacular property! The home was immaculate and the kitchen well appointed. The shinning star of this property is the landscape and lighting surrounding the pool that makes it an extension of the home and enjoyable late into the evening. Communication with the host could not have been more accommodating. My stay was5 star . I can’t wait to book again!

The property was just like the photos. Nice, clean,well-appointed, beautiful pool. The pool was not heated upon arrival which was disappointing but host explained how to get it going. One of the 2 toilets (for the 8 of us) did not work properly, the host suggested it might be our fault but once a plumber finally came it turned out to be a broken pipe. VRBO did not really help me in dealing with this major issue and the host was mainly unavailable and then defensive in trying to resolve the issue. I did end up with a small refund which in my opinion did not reflect 6 days of only one toilet to use. I would recommend this property assuming all goes well. If not, prepare for a potentially stressful trip.

Thank you for your feedback and for noting that the home was accurately represented, clean, and well maintained. For clarification, this is an older property that is regularly maintained. Immediately prior to your stay, during the Christmas holiday period, all plumbing and toilets were checked and functioning properly. During your stay, one toilet experienced a blockage. Once notified, we communicated promptly and offered to schedule a plumber for the next business day to avoid holiday emergency service fees. At the guest’s request, an emergency plumber was arranged over the holiday weekend. The plumber confirmed a clogged pipe, which required camera inspection and professional clearing. These services were authorized immediately. During the repair period, the affected toilet was temporarily unavailable for a few days only; however, the home has a second full bathroom with a functioning toilet, shower, and sink, and the shower and sink in the affected bathroom remained operational throughout. Unexpected maintenance issues can occur, particularly in older homes, but we responded quickly under holiday conditions and worked with VRBO to provide a resolution we felt was appropriate given the circumstances. We appreciate guests who understand that we take maintenance matters seriously and act promptly to resolve them, and we’re glad to hear the property would be recommended when all goes smoothly.

Awesome for a weekend girls trip

We stayed here for my friends bachelorette weekend and it did not disappoint! The beach and downtown is less than 10min away, and grocery stores as well. the beds are very comfortable and the pool was very nice!
