Lovely appartment in Logroño

The place was perfectly situated, a few minutes walk from calle de Laurel, which has excellent tapas bars. The beds were very comfortable. David was a great host, and quick to answer any questions we had, and also provided useful tips on what and where to visit.

Great spot in Logrono

We had a great stay at this spot. Central to the old town pinchots, walkable to various sites for recreation like swimming and shopping. The house was very clean, the host communicative and flexible. A parking spot incredibly useful. Strongly recommend.

Tal y como aparece en las fotografías. Dúplex amplio, fuimos 8 personas y fue ideal. Muy bien decorado, bonito. Y lo mejor, la ubicación, a menos de 5 min de la calle Laurel.

Très bel appartement avec garage sur la principale artère de la ville.

Bien agencé, cet appartement en ville nous a permis avec son agencement et son équipement de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. De plus la Rioja est une région propice à la visite. Nous recommandons vivement.

MUY BIEN

El dúplex está muy bien situado en el centro de Logroño y muy cerca de La Laurel, situación perfecta para visita a la ciudad. Raquel muy amable y disponible para lo que se necesite..... El piso está muy bien, muy limpio y está totalmente equipado , hay cuatro habitaciones pero nos parece que una de ellas queda un poco pequeña; en nuestro caso, éramos cuatro parejas y a una le toca dormir un poco más incómodo, pero es un pequeño detalle... En la cocina hay de todo, está muy bien equipada también. Teniendo en cuenta que estás en la Gran Vía, y que hay mucho tráfico y movimiento , en el piso no se oye nada... hay buenas ventanas. La relación precio/calidad es muy buena. Desde luego que si volvemos a Logroño, repetimos!!!! Muchas gracias por todo Raquel y David

una estancia genial!

El apartamento es perfecto, no solo por ubicación (a 2 minutos de la calle Laurel) sino por la limpieza y lo cuidado que está. Es un duplex: la zona de arriba tiene la cocina, el comedor y un baño pequeño y en la zona de abajo estan los dormitorios. Es muy amplio y bien equipado, con una cocina con todo lo necesario (aunque echamos de menos que hubieran algunos vasos más). Las habitaciones son grandes y las camas cómodas. Fuimos 8 personas por lo que uno de nosotros durmió en el plegatin y hay que decir que era bastante cómodo para ser una cama auxiliar. Hay 2 baños aunque solo una bañera. El parquing tiene acceso directo al piso y cabe un coche grande. Comentar que la calefacción es central y pasamos algo de calor. El propietario nos dejó unos obsequios a nuestra llegada y nos respondió a todas las preguntas que tuvimos. Fue una estancia estupenda por lo que cuando vengamos a Logroño repetiremos seguro!

Tomo nota del comentario de los vasos, nos gusta mejorar y la verdad es que lo intentamos en cada visita que tenemos. Duplex muy bien ubicado, limpio y bonito. El dueño muy majo y con detalles para hacernos la estancia mas agradable. Muy recomendable. Si volvemos a Logroño repetiremos seguro!
