It is a basement apartment with a single room and a private bathroom. It has a micro kitchen for light meals equipped with an electric plate, mini fridge and microwave. It is integrated into a completely remodeled house (made up of more apartments). Opening on August 1, 2017. The apartment is located just 5 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes by car from the Ferry to Lisbon (or 11 klm via bridge).

Gut durchdacht,sauber,perfekt

Eine kleine und gut ausgestattete ,saubere Wohnung,die mit viel Liebe und Geschmack modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet ist. Bei der Ankunft,die kontaktlos erfolgte durch die Übermittlung der Pinnummer für den Keysafe,fand ich zwei Masken und eine Flasche Desinfektionsmittel sowie eine umfangreiche Infobroschüre auf dem Tisch vor. Es gibt auch einen Desinfektionsspender im Eingangsbereich,zudem einen kleinen Automaten mit Süßigkeiten und Getränken. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 1 km vom langen Sandstrand, dem Ortskern mit Markthalle,dem Supermarkt und vielen anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und half in allen Lebenslagen , bestellte mir selbst mein Taxi bei der Abreise,er war sehr freundlich!!! Sollte ich Costa da Caparica wieder besuchen, komme ich gern wieder hierher!!!!

Happy with this property

I am satisfied with property. There was no hair dryer to be found so João bought a new one and dropped it off. I liked the decor and location. There was a little mold/mildew in the shower but other than that remarkably clean. No sand!

Why they chose this property

The apartment is located just 400 meters from the city center and 500 meters from the beach. Large esplanades, bars, nightclubs and a pontoon that invites to a pleasant walk next to the sea, indicates to us the proximity of the beach. Nearby we can enjoy a spectacular landscape area, a real masterpiece of nature carved by the waves of the sea and drawn by the winds, is the Protected Landscape of Arriba Fossil of Costa da Caparica.

What makes this property unique

The impressive landscape of the Costa de Caparica invites you to make great walks. The seafront promenade separates the town of Costa da Caparica from the sea. A series of spikes built to protect the village from the fury of the sea, have between each a large succession of small beaches. The beaches of Caparica are designated according to the name of the different concessionaires responsible for their exploitation, for example: Tarquínio, Vermelho Dragão or Praia Nova.
