How to get there: Plane to Cagliari, Olbia or Alghero. Ferry from Genova,Livorno,Civitavecchia to Cagliari, Olbia, Porto Torres.
From Cagliari take road SS195 direction Pula, Chia, Domus De Maria and Teulada. Upon arrival in Chia (about 45 km) you may choose between two different ways to reach Teulada: a striking coastal road or an equally impressive internal road. The coastal road is taken going left on SS 195 at the crossroads with Chia. After about 20 km you enter Teulada westwards through its main street, Via Sulcis. Follow the road all the way up to the Police Station (Carabinieri). Just before the Carabinieri turn left uphill and take Piazza Martiri. Follow the road to the end (approx. 200 mt) and turn right at the Pharmacy (Farmacia). Follow the road, Via Umberto I, for about 20 mt and you’ll see the main square with the church of Teulada. Go around the square, following the road and CASA TEULADA is 20 more mt. away, the stunning red house overlooking the others.

New Year's Eve in Teulada! :-)

New Year's Eve in Teulada! We enjoyed the quietness of the town, the friendliness of the people and of course CASA TEULADA 2! Long walks along the coast (we liked especially the great walking at Porto Pino westwards along the cliffs). Since all recommended pizza places were closed yesterday, we tried the place right down at the Piazza, eating together with all 'ragazzi' of town.:-) The Pizza was great and the guys were friendly, easy to start a small talk (a bit funny due to our non existent Italian knowledge though!). Thank you!

Amazing!

My husband and I had the opportunity to be guests at Casa Teulada in April 2010 and it was an amazing experience. From the moment that we entered our home away from home, we knew that we were in a special place. The detail and thought put into this property is none like we had ever experienced before, although we live in New York City and have travelled to many countries all over the world. The decor was breathtaking and we were amazed at the cleanliness of the house, as it truly felt like we were the first to stay in a brand new home. The small village of Teulada proved to be just as charming, where we were able to experience the local culture and hospitality. All of this coupled with the most amazing beaches that we've ever experienced, made our trip one that we will never forget!

Simply stunning

Casa Teulada 2 is wonderfully familiar to us, this being our second visit with our next one in the planning. It has everything we need to guarantee our week of comfort in Sardinia in our home from home. The decor is so very well done and everything is beautifully in its place for preparing for days in the sun and evenings of dining and relaxing in the peace and tranquility. The village has a Monday morning market to stock up on fresh fruit, vegetables and meat for the week. Alternatively, there is a choice of mini supermarkets, one just down the road you could run to in 30 seconds with a second just a stroll further down and across the main road, over the bridge. As for the beaches, Portu Tramatzu is a stones-throw away and is our firm favourite. Sandy beaches and beautiful blue sea perfect for us all, including our 4 year-old, to play and swim the days away.

Perfekt!

Wir durften 10 wunderschöne Tage in der Casa Teulada 2 verleben. Die Wohnung sieht wie auf den Bildern aus und ist liebevoll gestaltet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und via WhatsApp stets erreichtbar, was jedoch nicht nötig war, da wir sehr zufrieden waren. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der liebenswerten Nachbarin Maria begrüßt, die uns alles zeigte. Zudem standen eine Flasche Rotwein, Salami und Käse sowie Brot für uns bereit, die Klimaanlage brachte schnell angenehme Temperaturen. Auch sonst war alles vorhanden, was man sich von einer Ferienwohnung wünscht. Man sollte wissen, dass es eine kleine Nespresso-Maschine und einen klassischen Espressokocher gibt, aber keine Filtermaschine 😉 Wer die Möglichkeit hat, diese Wohnung für seinen Urlaub zu mieten, der sollte unbedingt zuschlagen!!! Herrscht auf dem Grundstück, das man sich mit zwei Parteien teilt, idyllische Ruhe, so befindet man sich nur wenige Meter weiter im Zentrum der Stadt, mit mehreren kleinen Supermärkten u. vielen kleinen Restaurants. Tipp: Am Abend vorher reservieren, sonst ist es im August recht schwer, einen Platz zu bekommen. Den Absacker in der „Bar Mazzini“ nehmen, immer gut besucht, man wird schnell u. stets freundlich bedient und hat einen perfekten Blick auf den Platz drumherum, auf dem jeden Abend verschiedene Ständchen aufgebaut und auch Live-Musik gespielt wurde! VIELEN DANK für diese schöne Zeit in einer ebensolchen Umgebung!

Sweet home Teulada

We loved our stay at Casa Teulada. The house, the town, the warm and friendly people and not to mention the delicious food. As stated, it is a home from home, which is situated in a pleasant, gentle and very friendly town. The booking process was easy and faultless; Antonio was quick to respond and he provided clear and concise information. We loved the app, which was very useful before and during our stay. We appreciated the Skype call with Antonio on arrival, which was set up by Maria. The Casa is decorated charmingly. It has all the home comforts you need. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy. The Casa is in the heart of a quaint, friendly town, a few steps away from a beautiful church (I’ll miss the sweet sound of the church bells), delightful restaurants (Tiro Vino was our favourite), a handful of bars (Ex Centrale was our favourite for an aperitif), bakery, fresh pasta shops (yum!), ice cream shop, superb take away pizza for lazy nights and supermarkets. There’s a rich helping of gorgeous beaches whether you turn east or west at the crossroads. You’re just over an hour away from easy access to other desirable locations and attractions (e.g. Sant’ Antioco, San Pietro, Porto Flavia, Cagliari, to name but a few of the rich treats this beautiful island has to offer). A special mention must go to the delightful Maria and Anna Elise, who are helpful, friendly and always have a smile and a ‘buongiorno’ when the see you. You will not be disappointed if you stay at the Casa. You will however leave feeling refreshed, your battery recharged and with a determination to return.

Mittendrin im sardischen Dorfleben

Die "Casa Teulada" ist ein Juwel - inmitten des Dorfes und dennoch ruhig! Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde hier ein altes Dorfhaus in ein kleines Paradies verwandelt. Drei liebevoll ausgestattete und gestaltete Ferienwohnungen teilen sich den gemütlichen Innenhof, in dem ein Olivenbaum das Zentrum bildet und in dem sich für jede der drei Wohnungen ein lauschiges Plätzchen befindet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt! 100m die Straße hinunter läuft man direkt auf einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen zu, in dem es von den Frühstücksbrötchen über Gemüse, Käse, Milch und Salcicca Sarda alles gibt, was man so fürs tägliche Leben braucht. Etwas erschrocken sind wir zunächst über das hektisch bimmelnde Kirchenglöckchen. Die Kirche befindet sich ebenfalls in direkter Nachbarschaft, und da am Tag unserer Ankunft das Fest des Dorfheiligen gefeiert wurde, kamen wir am ersten Abend gleich mehrmals in den Genuss des Gebimmels, was uns aber eher amüsiert als gestört hat :-) Von Frau Ledda wurden wir herzlich empfangen und in alles eingewiesen, einschließlich in die Geheimnisse der sardischen Mülltrennung, die mindestens so fortschrittlich und kompliziert ist wir die deutsche! Rund um Teulada gibt es eine Fülle von tollen Stränden, die über die Küstenstraße zu erreichen sind. Aber auch die Straße, die über die Berge nach Chia führt, hat ihren Charme. In rund einer Stunde Fahrzeit erreicht man außerdem die Westküste bei Masua/Porto Flavia/Buggeru, die auch sehr spannend ist und wiederum einen ganz anderen Charakter hat. Ein Auto ist auf Sardinien grundsätzlich zu empfehlen, und so ist es überhaupt kein Nachteil, dass Teulada nicht direkt am Meer liegt. Erfüllt von den Eindrücken des Tages sind wir jeden Abend gerne in das gemütliche Häuschen zurückgekehrt und haben bei einer Flasche Wein und einem guten Essen den Tag ausklingen lassen. Von der Buchung über den netten Kontakt mit Antonio bis zum Empfang und die Betreuung durch Frau Ledda war alles perfekt und unkompliziert! Vielen Dank für die unvergesslichen Tage - und eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für das "piccolo paradiso" Casa Teulada!

Wir sind soeben wieder in Deutschland gelandet und sind total überwältigt über unseren Urlaub. Ihr habt uns mit der Casa einen super erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub bereitet. Es ist ein Ort an dem man so richtig zu Ruhe und Besinnung kommt und die Liebe mit der sie gestaltet wurde hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Wir wissen jetzt auf jeden Fall schon das es nicht das letzte Mal gewesen ist, dass wir bei Euch waren. Ein verträumter Innenhof...

Wir haben in der Casa Teulada 1 einen traumhaften, entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Ort für alle die sich lieber von Kirchenglocken als von Flug- oder Großstadtlärm wecken lassen. Antonio und seine Frau haben wirklich an alles gedacht, vom Badetuch bis zum Sonnenschirm. Man merkt, dass den Beiden die Gestaltung des Anwesens am Herzen lag. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet. Im Ort kann man sehr gut essen und es gibt es mehrere kleine Läden. Die Strände sind fast zu schön, um wahr zu sein. Vielen Dank für diese Oase!

Casa Teulada - An outstanding Experience !

The Host - Antonio - is an amazing person to get in initial touch with. He helped in every regard and gave as all the information about the place, the region, nice places and beaches. He responded nearly 5 minutes after my email has been sent! Great, Thank you Antonio!! The place itself - Casa Teulada - is a very very nice place designed with much love and really lovely and cosy. Its in a small village and a quiet place to relax in a perfect way :) We will always come back and we are really looking forward to being the guests of Antonio again!!!

Amazing place to stay!

A truly amazing place to stay. The hosts and the family who assist while the hosts are away are both very helpful and lovely. The house is very clean and has practically everything you need. Town of Teulada is set in a beautiful area and not very touristy at all, which is great if you like that of thing. Absolutely stunning coastline and beaches, Tramatzu the closest being our favourite. Would definitely recommend the coastal drive from Cagliari. Would happily recommend this place to anyone and would definitely return given the opportunity!

Sun and Sand in Sardinia

We just arrived back in Australia on Friday. We had the most wonderful European holiday. We were fortunate to have very good weather in Teulada, and really enjoyed our time on Sardinia. Your casa was delightful and we had a wonderful stay. We were very comfortable in your accommodation and appreciated the superb amenities and the cleanliness of the casa. We loved the courtyard and spent a couple of afternoons basking in the sunlight with Sardinian wine and antipasti. What a life! We did several day trips and especially loved your local beach Porto Tramatzu. We have very fond memories of our time and hope that we can visit again one day. Thank you for your lovely casa and the memories it has provided.

Wonderful stay!

We past 2 wonderful weeks at Casa Teulada. I strongly recommend this beautiful and unique casa. It's clean, comfortable, decorate with style and authentic character. And the owner, Antonio, respond very fast to all our demand. Most of the times, we cooked our meal in the casa, because even if there's good restaurant in Teulada, it's so pleasant to go to the Monday market, or the butcher or to buy good pecorino... and a bootle of Sardenia wine! Unser Urlaub in Sadinien und besonders unser Aufenthalt in der Casa Teulada hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam ist die Verwalterfamilie vor Ort - einfach super nett. Es ist alles in einem ausgezeichnetem Zustand und man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl. Sollte es draußen in den Wintermonaten kühl sein - drinnen ist es super angenehm warm. MAGNIFIQUE !!! Je recommande !

Un lieu magnifique, une maison splendide, faite de matériaux chinés au court des voyages des propriétaires, ce qui donne une âme sans pareil à cette splendide demeure. Les lieux sont composé de plusieurs appartements (3 en tout il me semble). Nous avons logé dans le numéro 2 qui se trouve à l'étage. L'appartement était décoré avec beaucoup de gout, et il était surtout très très propre ce qui est important pour moi ! Sur place, des personnes adorables (les voisins) s'occupent d'accueillir les gens, de leur faire visiter et se rendent disponibles pour toutes les questions du quotidien, comme "ou se trouve la poste", "quel jour et ou est le marché" etc etc... Toujours avec le sourire :) Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous très rapidement, il règne une sérénité dans ces lieux que je ne saurai trop expliqué, mais tout est fait pour se sentir bien. La clim est dans toute les pièces et se règle par vos propre soin a la température que vous souhaitez. Des tas de serviettes sont à disposition, des coussins, des couverture, il y a les cintres, bref rien ne manque ! Et ce qui m'a plus aussi c'est qu'on ne nous a pas demandé un centime de plus que ce qui était prévu. Je n'ai pas eu à réglé de l'électricité ou du gaz comme j'ai eu la surprise de le faire dans une autre location en Sardaigne. Nous avons payé avant d'arriver la totalité de la somme et rien d'autre par la suite, ce fut vraiment plaisant de ne pas se sentir être un porte feuille sur pattes! Bref que du bien de ces lieux. Nous y sommes allé en novembre, et il y faisait encore étonnement beau, du coup nous étions seuls dans la grande CASA TEULADA, et le bonheur fut complet ! Pour la petite histoire, en partant, alors que nous roulions depuis une bonne heure, nous nous sommes aperçus que ma fille de 6 ans avait chipé une clef du buffet à vaisselle... Lorsque nous lui avons demandé pkoi elle avait fait une telle chose, elle nous a répondu qu'elle voulait garder un peu de la casa Teulada avec elle pour toujours... Alors allez y les yeux fermés, et vous verrez que vous aussi vous aurez envie de garder une clef de buffet de la CASA TEULADA avec vous pour toujours ;)

We love Casa Teulada

Never before we had an accommodation like Casa Teulada. We loved it!! We (husband, wife and two children 11 and 7 , from Holland) stayed for one week, and we hope to return soon. You will find Casa Teulada in a small town (Teulada) between the local people, with the most beautyful beaches (the first one you will find in less than 10 minutes by car) And it's decorated with so much love and style. We loved Casa Teulada!! Staying in this house have given me inspiration for the decoration in our own home. Jessica
