Independent house and very spacious. Good lighting on two floors, the ground floor with a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and fireplace. The first floor has 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms (two private and one main), a living room, kitchen, balcony and terrace. Large garden. Private outdoor parking. Barbecue. Heating oil and Pellet. Good insulation with double window. It has all the appliances.
As for its location, it is less than an hour and a half from the airports of Vigo and Santiago de Compostela, 20 'from Ourense city and ten of the municipalities of Ribadavia and O Carballiño.

Como tu propio hogar.
La verdad es que elegimos esta casa porque éramos 11 personas y fue la primera que encontramos con esa capacidad, todas eran casas muy pequeñas y bastante caras. Cuando vimos las fotos de esta casa nos pareció aceptable para lo que estábamos buscando, una casa para juntarse unos amigos de la infancia con sus parejas y sus hijos y recordar épocas pasadas, reírnos y desconectar. Pero cuando metimos la llave en la cerradura y la puerta se abrió , lo que vimos nos hizo comportarnos como los concursantes de gran hermano cuando entran en la casa por primera vez, empezamos a abrir puertas y llamarnos unos a otros para que vinieran a ver lo que estábamos viendo cada uno. No nos podíamos creer que fuésemos a pasar varios días en una casa tan bonita, toda para nosotros sólos. No faltaba detalle en cada rincón de la casa, era preciosa, había de todo y de lo mejor, enseguida nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa. Recomendable 100%. Y nuestra anfitriona Nisa, encantadora, siempre pendiente de nosotros. Un 10 para ella y un 10 para la casa. Ojalá podamos repetir!!!

Recomendamos 100% a Eva Arcos y a su familia y amigos como huéspedes... nunca nos habíamos encontrado la casa tan limpia y recogida! Da gusto encontrar a gente tan encantadora y que trata tu casa como la suya propia. Estamos encantados de haberos tenido aquí y podéis volver siempre que queráis.
