Beautiful, tranquil and spotless.

The owner was great with communication before and during our stay. He met us with lovely food and drink. There are beautiful gardens and amazing views as the house is high up from the road. The house was spotless and modern in décor. Good air con in the bedroom and kitchen facilities. Very comfy bed with good quality bedding. Limited English channels but who comes to somewhere as beautiful as this to watch tv. The pool area got the sun the whole day so the water was pleasant and great for sunbathing and it is private. We were out exploring the area most of the day but it was lovely to come home to. We can recommend Amarante itself, Braga (in particular Bom Jesus), Guimaraes, Ponte de lima and Penafial . The palace of Mateus outside Vila Real is also worth a visit. There are 3 big supermarkets and loads of restaurants in Amarante which is a 10 min drive away. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks to Antonio for looking after us and letting us stay. Muito Obrigado.

Merveilleuse maison, merveilleux accueil

Nous venons de passer deux semaines dans la maison d'Antonio, à deux kilomètres d'Amarante. Je dis "dans la maison d'Antonio" parce que cet homme est si chaleureux qu'on a l'impression d'être accueilli beaucoup plus que de louer. Sa maison est une vieille bâtisse entièrement rénovée avec goût et modernité, où rien ne manque. Le terrain, la piscine et la vue complètent la qualité de la maison. Merci Antonio de cette belle rencontre.

La Casa da prelada est à leur image paisible et accueillante: la maison familiale rénovée dans un style moderne,très bien équipée,confortable et propre est très bien située pour découvrir cette très belle région riche en découvertes. Nous ne pouvons rien faire contre la pluie. Votre séjour a coïncidé avec l’un des pires moments de mauvais temps de cette année. Nous sommes vraiment désolés que vous n'ayez pas pu profiter de la piscine et des agréables promenades à travers la propriété ou de la belle ville d'Amarante. Mais ils ont eu l’occasion d’utiliser notre belle cheminée. Nous serons heureux de vous accueillir à nouveau avec beaucoup de soleil.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen! Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus - perfekt zum entspannen! Alles war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt! Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet! Très belle maison dans un écrin de verdure!

Au coeur de l'époustouflante "Route Romane" et pour qui sait apprécier l'art roman, c'est une demeure très apaisante, propre et très bien équipée. Grâce à la piscine, il ne fait jamais trop chaud. Il y a un beau potager en contre-bas. Le propriétaire est également très accueillant et parle bien français!

Erholung pur !!! - Pure relaxation !!!

Wir,mein Mann und ich,verbrachten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub in der "Casa da Prelada". Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet,das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist äußerst bequem und auch an heißen Tagen kann man dank der Klimaanlage wunderbar schlafen. Unterhalb des Hauses befindet sich ein Garten,in dem die liebenswerte Mutter des Vermieters Gemüse anbaut und auch gerne was abgibt,wenn man möchte. Der Vermieter ist perfekt ,und bei Fragen immer zu erreichen.Und wenn er mal nicht kann,ist sein ebenfalls sehr freundlicher Vater zur Stelle. Ich habe es genossen in den frühen Morgenstunden mit einem Kaffee draußen zu sitzen ins Tal zu schauen und Vögel zu beobachten. Wir kommen irgendwann wieder !!! Muito obrigada !!! We, my husband and I spent a great and relaxing holiday in the "Casa da Prelada". The house is very well equipped, the bed in the bedroom is extremely comfortable and even on hot days you can sleep wonderfully because of the air conditioning. Below the house there is a garden in which the lovely mother of the owner cultivate vegetables and also like to give something if you want. The owner is perfect, and if you have any questions, you just call him .He and his also very friendly father like to help. I enjoyed sitting outside in the early morning with a coffee , looking down to the valley and watching birds. We will come back someday !!! Muito obrigado
