Convenient, clean, friendly

Carlos was very helpful and professional. The apartment was just as it was pictured. The metro was conveniently located and easy to use so we were able to get to all parts of the city without any trouble. Very enjoyable stay.

Nice location, poor amenities

Carlos was very friendly and helpful in setting up our reservation. The apartment is right near Tetuan Park and a Metro stop. The design of the apartment is fine--2 bedroom, 2 bath, and small kitchen. The big problem is the lack of amenities. For 4 people, there were 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, and one kitchen towel. No paper towels, little toilet paper, and one waste container for the entire apartment, a small one in the kitchen. No trash can liners. No dish soap or sponge. Although a washer and dryer were provided, there was no laundry soap. Lots of glasses, none over 6 ounces. Lots of plates, no bowls suitable for cereal or yogurt. Luckily, there is a market 50 meters away, so we could stock up on supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, ice, laundry soap, food. I went to another VRBO in Greece after this, and it was night and day. Full stock of linens, supplies, paper, etc. The owner left us welcome fruit and candy, did our laundry for us, and changed our towels after 3 days. This apartment would be so much better if they provided reasonable supplies.
