About this property

End of refurbishment: February 2017. This is a charming flat with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, located a few meters from Las Ramblas and a few minutes walk from the beach. In addition to enjoying the great comfort of the flat, you can relax and enjoy the sun on the large Chill Out terrace of the building, which we have equipped with sun loungers, tables, chairs and showers.
A special light and the colour of the sea are two basic ingredients that define a Mediterranean city like Barcelona. That is why we wanted to bring these elements inside this flat in Barcelona.
This is a comfortable and quiet flat in the Colón Building of EnjoyBCN, located in the Gothic Quarter, very close to Las Ramblas, the port and a few minutes walk from the beach. In a private passage, which is closed at night for your peace of mind. It is a functional flat, recently renovated, with a charming design and a versatility that makes it an ideal flat for families with or without children. The icing on the cake is on the terrace: a spectacular chill out area with solarium, made with natural and sustainable materials where you can enjoy the warm winter sun or take a dip in the wonderful swimming pool in summer.

Access on foot: A few metres from Las Ramblas and numerous restaurants and cafés. 8 minutes from Passeig de Gràcia (the city's main shopping avenue where you will find the best shops of brands such as Chanel and Louis Vuitton, among others) and a quarter of an hour from Barceloneta beach.
By metro: One minute from Barceloneta beach. Just 3 minutes from Vila Olímpica, Passeig de Gràcia and Plaça Catalunya, 6 stations from Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell and 7 minutes from Montjuïc.
The communal rooftop swimming pool is 4.25 metres long and 2 metres wide.

Wonderful

We had a party of six staying together while exploring Barcelona before our family cruise. The location was absolutely wonderful! We could walk to the Sea, the Gothic Quarter and other nearby neighborhoods. The communication with the management office was outstanding! Any question was immediately answered on WhatsApp. What we really loved is the air conditioning in the apartment! Every time we walked in, we breathed a breath of fresh air! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend for a party of six or smaller.

Family trip

We rented 2 apartments for our family of 8. They were in the perfect location, clean and well equipped. We loved the rooftop pool area after a long, hot day of sightseeing. The staff at Enjoy BCN were AWESOME!!!

Perfect Location

Our biggest complaint is the pillows! Not only were they thin but there was only one per person! Please be kind to your guests and buy some nicer pillows with 4 per bed! Also, please say in the listing that the washer dryer is NOT in the room but on lower level! Thank you!!!!

Wonderful in every way!

My three young adult children and myself stayed here for one week in the last week of October. We were so impressed by this apartment. It was in the perfect place, central to everything and easily within walking distance to most things we wanted to see. The apartment was extremely clean, beautifully modern, and equipped with everything we needed. The secured entrance was off a small alley with gates, locked at night, so very secure. It was within a short walking distance to the beach, right in the historic Gothic quarter, and close to our favourite place to have dinner, Placa Reial. Right across the street was a wonderful bakery, and a small supermarket, which we visited daily. Thank you enjoybcn for being organized, great communicators, and making sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! We would recommend this apartment to any of our friends and family as it went beyond our expectations.

Amazing time in Barcelona

A central location within steps of shopping, bars, restaurants and markets. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. The rooftop pool was a bonus. And Ivan was great with check-in — recommending local spots for our first night. We would absolutely stay here again!

Really consider the benefits of a hotel in Barcelona first….

Positives: I liked the proximity to the port and that we were located within the Gothic District and laundry machines. However, the apartment smelled the entire time there must’ve been something in the ventilation system, but so did the building outside. Power went out several times and the smell of sewage is pervasive, particularly by this apartment. I did not feel that the apartment was cleaned the way a hotel would be. Specifically, we found large amounts straight and curly pubic hairs on the floors in the corners throughout the entire.The air conditioning also had a hard time reaching temperature, which made it extremely warm. We also found that the staff rigid and not understanding. Shocking since EnjoyBCN owns over 100 units. As many Americans are aware the flights land too early. Despite multiple requests for an early check-in since making the reservation months ago they were unable to accommodate us and I understood and I had no issue with that. What I had an issue with was lack of care and understanding-they practically threw us out of their waiting area in their office where they held luggage. We were sleep deprived because of the time difference and had nowhere to go. This is where the benefit of a hotel is better than this. Hotels allow early arrival guests comforts and mange them with accommodations if rooms are not ready. Spend the extra money and get multiple hotel rooms if you need to. I also paid for towels that never came. Still awaiting the credit back.

Very nice apartment

This is very close to Las Rambla and a short walk from the seaside and very close to taxi stands to get around the city. The apartment was very nice comfortable. Great stay.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Barcelone

Très bel appartement, à quelque pas de la Rambla, idéal pour ceux qui désire visiter Barcelone. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos, très bien équipé et se situe dans une zone tranquille. La piscine est idéal pour se rafraîchir après une journée de marche et relaxer avec un verre de vin.

Excellent location, clean & charming apartment

We had a wonderful stay here, seven adults with ample space. Final payment/check in was a bit clumsy with links that wouldn't work, and we were asked to stop at the rental office upon arrival to BCN. Not sure why we couldn't have done that by phone; required extra Uber with a large party. We had some issue getting through the locked gates one night (magnetic key not working), but someone answered the mgmt co phone right away on What's App and resolved the issue promptly. Washer/dryer excellent and are full size with clear instructions. Note that rooftop space is shared with all other renters and pool is petite for a quick dip. We did have to call one morning to have the rooftop door unlocked. Overall excellent place and location can't be beat. Communication with enjoybcn was top notch. Great mexican place right next door and a small market also for essentials including extensive beer, wine, liquor, dairy, coffee pods, ice. We loved it.

The apartment is modern, well equipped and well located. The roof area offers another area to relax. Restaurants & Bars are local, with the central area, marina and beach within easy reach, either on foot or by bike. We will stay here again.
