STILL AVAILABLE FOR THE MWC 2019!! GREAT PRICES AND EXCELLENT LOCATION. This apartment is ideal for MWC. We are very close to Plaza Espana. Do not lose the opportunity to stay at this high quality flat.

The apartment is located at the most trendy area of the Eixample quarter just 2 blocks away from the Sant Antoni market the entrance to the old town. Las Ramblas with the famous Boqueria organic market or the liceo opera house are 10 min on foot from the apartment in a very nice walk through the old town of barcelona. You can easily get to the MACBA (contemporary modern art museum of barcelona) from the flat.
The apartment is located at the golden restaurant area of the city. Next door you have restaurants such as tickets and 41 Grados (from Ferran Adria brother's Sergi Adria), Quimet Quimet, Ikibana, rias de galicia with its modern upper restaurant kru. The neighborhood has lots of nice cozy cafes and delicatessen grocery stores. Its delightful to walk on its streets and enjoy its local life. Nice traditional wine bars and cafeterias with people reading the paper and enjoying the sunny days of barcelona just steps away to the major sightseeings of the city.

The flat is a very elegant 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with very luxury finishing. Starting from its natural thick wooden floors and skirting boards that goes around the door lintel to the very comfortable beds both equipped with memory foam mattress. Both bedrooms are dressed with very high quality linen and have design furniture such as le corbusier tables and nice bedside lamps. All bathrooms offer premium quality chortex towels.
A state of art living room with a very comfortable leather chester sofa bed and a leather chester armchair. The furniture at the living room evokes quality and lots of comfort. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need to cook as a chef.

The master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom and a big lacquer doors closet. The second bedroom has its own lacquer doors closet and outside there is a second bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds. There is additional sleeping space at the very comfortable sofa bed.
This apartment has been design like the most luxurious senior suits of a five star hotel.
The apartment is ideal for a short vacation, long stays or business trip. Even if you are coming for a cruise ship the cruise ship terminal is 15 min on foot from the flat. In a short walk you can get to plaza espana where the barcelona exhibition center is located.

Loved the apartment and location

We stayed for 6 nights and were really pleased. Tony helped us arrange for a taxi to and from the airport and met us at the apartment. It is located in a nice neighborhood with lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by. the kitchen was fully equipped and beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Wonderful visit

Great neighborhood filled with restaurants. You’re living with locals and out of the tourist crowds. Tony was a gracious host, gave us a wonderful tour and introduced us to fabulous restaurants.

Beautiful Barcelona

The communication with the owner and Tony the property manager was seamless. Check in was quick, and efficient…as was mentioned you do pay the Tourism Taxes in cash but this was true in Portugal as well so didn’t seem odd. The apartment was clean and had very comfortable beds. There was a bottle of wine, apples and waters. We got a great recommendation from Tony for a quick dinner. We took Tony’s walking tour the next day. He knows the city well. He does walk pretty fast and covers a lot of ground even after asking to slow down. We would definitely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough!

Great apartment and location!

The apartment had everything we needed and was close on a block with a great bakery, restaurants, and market just around the corner. Also very close to Metro, easy to get around. We (with our 14 year old) also took a walking tour with Mr. Tony, which was totally worth it! We got a lot of insight into Barcelona that we would have missed!

Fabulous stay

Our stay at this apartment was wonderful. The location is perfect. Delightful Sant Antoni Market is 2 blocks away for food and shopping. Other local eateries and supermarket are less than 1 block. Don't miss A Mi Manera restaurant. If we are ever back in Barcelona we will stay here again. You need to bring your own converters. Tours picked us up at the location. Thanks to Tony for all his help!

Wonderful Host

Very clean, comfortable apartment. Our host, Tony, could not do enough for us. He was most helpful with recreation and restaurant recommendations and booking reservations on our behalf; he even offered to show us around the neighborhood. He also spent an entire day with us on private sightseeing tours, purchasing entry tickets in advance, and making lunch reservations at a seaside resort. He was a wonderful asset!

Great Condo

The location is great. We went to a Madrid soccer game and walked back in about 40 minutes. Lots of cafes on the block to choose from. Washer and dryer in the unit unlike most rentals have just a washer. Very responsive property manager using WhatsApp. For US folks texting by phone is our usual method of communication but you will need WhatsApp for communicating with Toni.

Wonderful property!

We so enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Tony and Miguel could not have been more accommodating and responsive. When we reached out to them with a few requests, we received immediate responses. To us, this level of service makes all the difference in a successful VRBO experience. On top of that, the apartment itself was great. Loved having the 2 bedrooms and baths for our small family group of 4. The showers had great water pressure, kitchen was nice and had everything we needed, AC worked great, and overall the apartment was very comfortable. The building is very secure - two locked entrances and an elevator code is required to get up to the upper levels. The neighborhood is awesome! Bakeries, restaurants, super markets, fruit stands, shopping all around, and the beautiful Sant Antoni market is just two blocks away. Metro is one block away - we used it several times - it is clean and safe. We discovered wonderful tapas at A Mi Manera just a few blocks away (ate there twice!). And regularly stopped at Forn De Pa Belmonte for our morning pastries - delicious! All in all, a wonderful stay!!

Very nice, but not perfectly equipped

This is a really nice flat, in a great location, within walking distance of lots of the sights. Beds are comfortable, and it was clean and nicely decorated with good blackout blinds. Good to have a washing machine and dryer. The showers work well, and the towels were decent. It was also nice to be given some fruit and a bottle of wine. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped, but there were some essentials missing. No oven gloves or tea towels is a pretty big problem if you're planning to do any cooking! (I did message the - otherwise helpful - managers about this twice during the five nights we stayed, but didn't get a reply.) We were also a bit surprised to be asked whether we wanted to pay fifty euros to rent a coffee machine! There was a filter, but you'd expect to get the machine included I think, especially in a 'boutique' apartment which lists a coffee maker amongst the amenities. Generally very nice, but just a couple of oddities.

Nice apt great location

The apartment was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable for our family of 4. There is central AC which was appreciated in the hot aug month. Tony was very kind and met us at the door and showed us around the apt, which was helpful. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine, water and fruit, which was really nice. The location was great as its right next to the metro and it took only about 15 min to get to any of the locations we really wanted to go to. There are many café and tapas placea around. My only criticism is in the emenities provided. We only had 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 tablets for the dish washer, 2 tablets for laundry (this was fine, really didnt need more of those). It really would have been nice to have dishwasher detergent and not have to go buy for for the short stay, which includes the toilet paper as well. The kitchen has most things we needed, but there are no small sharp knifes and the 2 pans are old, rusty and scraped up. I would invest in stainless steal pans so that the scratches are not important. The coffee machine was quite dirty and we didnt use it, but there's a great many coffee shops within a block from the house, so it didnt matter. Overall we had a nice stay. Thanks for hosting!

We loved our stay at this property. It's located in a cute neighborhood that has restaurants, produce & small supermart, bakery, pharmacy & a hospital. Very easy to get a taxi within the block of the VRBO. We were greeted by the property manager, Tony and he took us for a short walk around the neighborhood to show us where to grab a coffee or a meal. We were thankful for the information as it had been a big travel day and we were hungry. You must sign up for one of Tony's tours. We did the Walking tour of Barcelona and a trip to Montserrat.We had fun on both tours and learned a lot.We would definitely stay here again.

A great apartment in a wonderful area - close to everything but not at all touristy. Our host, Tony, was so considerate, attentive and flexible, from the check in process and his impromptu introduction to the area, to his day tour of Montserrat and walking tour of Barcelona. Modern Apt in Barcelona

Comfortable, clean, modern apartment in a security- conscious building with easy access to public transportation. The apartment manager greeted us in person, and was very friendly and helpful in orienting us to the apartment and the neighborhood. If you are wanting to be part of the community this is the place for you. Neighborhood is full of local flavor more than a touristy vibe. With neighbors walking their dogs, great local and affordable restaurants / shops, and street art on most buildings. It’s easy to get to most of the famous tourist attractions a few metro stops away or a 15-20 minute walk for those in shape.Great place for people who appreciate some of the comforts of home while enjoying the fabulous city of Barcelona.

Good location

This apartment was in a good location. Not noisy. Our host Tony was excellent. The only complain I can have is that it wasn't cleaned before we came in. Floor was covered in human hair and dust. Bathroom wasn't cleaned either before our arrival.

Lovely apartment!

We ( two couples) enjoyed a wonderfulstay! The communication with the owner and manager was excellent! Tony met us at the apartment and explained everything and helped us get acquainted with the area. He even set up taxi service for us when we booked! We had service from the port to the apartment and from the apartment to the airport! The apartment itself is modern, spotless, and well equipped!We highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed!
