Looking to stay in the famous Gothic Quarter? This central apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona. Only a few minutes walk to Las Ramblas, Plaça de Catalunya, and all the most famous touristic attractions!

THE SPACE:
This 100 m2 apartment is ideal for active couples or families, or people coming for work, due to its excellent location and design/style. The apartment is completely equipped, with all the facilities and amenities to offer you a wonderful stay.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The apartment has a capacity for up to 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed)
Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed)
Bedroom 3: 4 Single beds (convertible into double bed)
*Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*

Located in the Gothic Quarter, the ""old town"", one of the most interesting parts of the city.
The most famous touristic attractions of your neighborhood are the Cathedral of Santa Eulàlia, the Remains of the Roman Temple, Las Ramblas, la Plaça Reial, la Plaça del Rei or Plaça de Sant Jaume.
This area of the city is one of the best for sightseeing, eating and shooping. It is a lively, young and vibrant neighborhood that will never leave you out of things to do. Its central location makes it perfect for people who like to walk. Many of the city attractions are less than a 30min walk from the apartment.

Perfect for vacation

I stayed here with for a week's vacation with my children ages 11 and 14. We had the absolute best time. This location is incredible: right in the middle of the Gothic Quarter with restaurants, bars, plazas, and shopping just steps from the door. You can walk to just about everything: the beach, the Picasso Museum, to the funicular to Monjuic, the cathedral, Casa Batlló, and other fun neighborhoods with great shopping and restaurants. The flat was clean, provided plenty of linens, and has a great shower. Two of the bedrooms face the courtyard and it's loud late into the night, but with fans (provided) or white noise played on our phone we were able to sleep easily. Guille, our contact, was easy to communicate with and made check in very smooth even with some delays on our part. We were sad to leave and hope to stay here again someday!

Great spot

The place was great, but we did not feel safe in the neighborhood at night. Ubers would not go into the neighborhood. Thankfully we were three guys and we’re fine on our own.

Great stay in the Gothic

Great apartment right in the center of the Gothic Quarter with plenty of sleeping space and many helpful amenities for an extended stay including a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Right outside the apartment are 3 bars and an Italian bakery and you're less than 500 feet from a handful of restaurants, markets, and a bike/scooter rental shop. The beaches of Barceloneta, La Rambla, multiple parks, and the entirety of the Gothic Quarter are all a short walk away. I would gladly stay again when I return to Barcelona.

Right in the mix

Property in the heart of the Barcelona. Easy walks to Las Ramblas, the Market and many attractions. Surrounded by restaurants and bars. Big down side is the two bars in the street below the unit. The owner did disclose about some noise, it is very loud in the front two bedrooms and ok in the interior bedroom. Shower was good, all the beds are twin beds that you can push together. One of the AC units was not working, reported it to the owner who asked me to go find the breaker box to reset it, never found it and used fans to move the air. Each room has an AC unit. Be sure to communicate your arrival time to meet the check in person. They come to the unit and give you the keys and show you the unit. No place to go get keys, wait or do anything till the guy meets up with you on the street outside the building.
