The elegantly decorated and spacious 130 sq. sea front apartment is right in the heart of Barcelona next to the famous Miguel Cervantes Building. The balcony is overlooking the port and the “Barceloneta”.
The apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests and is equipped with Air Conditioning with heating and high speed Internet.
There is a big flat screen TV with international channels. The main area with very high ceilings and wooden beams is divided in two spaces. One is the living room , the other one is the dining area with kitchen.
The apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

We visited Barcelona for the first time with our two sons and their wives. The apartment was in the perfect location for us and the accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and there was plenty of room for us to comfortably hang out together. The owner and property manager were both quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. We all had a spectacular time!

A Gem in Barcelona

This property is as nice as advertised. The location is great. We would stay here again. Air conditioning in small bedroom worked really good. Air conditioning in main area did not keep the place cool.

Simply perfect!

This large, stylishly decorated apartment was well designed for two couples' privacy. Beautiful bathrooms, furniture and amenities, along with a balcony completed the package. Great location, a bit of a walk to Metro, but not bad. Near several good tapas restaurants too. HIghly recommend!

Our 4 night stay for 2 couples went without a hitch. A comfortable apartment with all the amenities we needed. It is in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere, including Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, the beach and Estacion Norde. Communication was excellent. Wonderful location and property

This property is located in one of the best locations of Barcelona. It’s clean and spacious. Has many amenities such as wifi, a/c, laundry, balconies and international TV. Does not have a parking facility. Owner and manager were extremely responsive to questions and easy to work with. Happy with the rental.

Perfect apartment and location!

We loved our stay at the apartment in Passeo Colon. It was only a short, 5 -15 minute walk to tourist destinations in the Gothic Quarter as well as excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures. Manu and his local helpers were very easy to contact and happy to assist with logistics, like letting us drop off our luggage early and identifying a car rental facility nearby. We loved staying there and highly recommend it to anyone!

Lovely Barcelona

First let me say that the apartment has been well renovated with all the conveniences one could want or need. It is located so close to the port and Aquarium. It was easy to walk most places or catch a taxi.The Host Manuel, is probably the best communicator I have had the pleasure to rent from! He was not only fast but so kind and accommodating. Wonderful!

This apartment is wonderful in all respects. My husband and I stayed with our college aged son. Having 2 baths made it so easy for us to get up and out. The location is fantastic with so many things within walking distance and a metro station not far either. The Gothic Quarter is full of interesting restaurants and shops. Recommendations for tapas and drinks were outstanding, we tried several! Also very easy to get a cab if needed for something a little further when time might be important. If ever back in Barcelona, we would definitely stay again!

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay in Barcelona! The apartment was impeccably clean and in a fantastic location. We were fortunate to check in early, which was a great start to our trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent soundproof windows that blocked out any street noise completely. The only minor issue we encountered was a leaking AC unit in the living room, which meant we had to turn it off to avoid any inconvenience. Thankfully, the other units in the apartment worked perfectly and kept the place cool throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment for its cleanliness, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations. It made our Barcelona experience even more enjoyable!

Great apartment, perfect location for walking around the city. Very easy check in, David and Manuel quickly answered my questions, even suggesting a great and safe parking garage 1 block away. Although the apartment is on a Main Street, it’s very quiet. We enjoyed the fireworks from the living room during La Merce, an extra bonus for our visit. Listing and photos are accurate. We would stay here again.

This is a beautiful apartment in an architecturally interesting building on a fabulous neighborhood in Barcelona. Everything is so easy to walk to in El Born, the Gothic Quarter, and Barcelonetta plus for energized walkers or those willing to take a taxi everything is doable. The apartment is comfortable and quiet. The property manager, Manuel is wonderful about contact and George met us making respectful use of our time. What a great team, I really appreciated their contact and touching base for any needs. Will definitely stay again when I return to Barcelona. Many thanks!

Best Location in Barcelona

This was a wonderful apartment and the location was excellent. It was walking distance to the beach and countless restaurants and shops all around. The neighborhood was exactly what you pictured for a European city (cobblestone streets, tapas restaurants, cute shops). The apartment was very clean and the furnishings were exactly like the pictures. We are a family of 4 adults and found there to be plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Wonderful. Manuel was very responsive to all my per-arrival questions and George welcomed us to the apartment as soon as we arrived in Barcelona. He too was very nice! Great experience. Highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Barcelona.

Gem in Barcelona

This was a great space for me, my husband and our 2 adult daughters. We had enough room to spread out and having 3 bathrooms was great. Excellent property to rent for a stay in Barcelona. Right on the edge of the gothic quarter it provides an easy walk to numerous shops and restaurants as well as right down the street from Las Ramblas. Size was perfect for my family of 5, well appointed with quality furniture and most everything you might need for a stay, and the property gets great sunlight as well! Would almost certainly stay here again if I get another opportunity to visit Barcelona…
