Perfect house for family or group of friends

This house is very comfortable and well ventilated in hot weather. Lot of places to relax inside and outside. The swimming pool is gorgeous. Beach 2 minutes walking distance with possibility of renting sailing boat, paddle, surf… Very convenient grocery shopping close by, with fresh bread and croissants in the morning. We loved the location where we spent a week with 2 kids 9 and 11. Perfect for us. Thanks Michele for your welcome.

Well equipped villa with marvelous view …you even forget and forgive the road just in front ! The sunsets are just magnificent and make it even the best place to have diner ;-)

Propreté très moyen ,toiles d'araignées et nombreuses araignées, moucherons morts 1 peu partout ,aucune isolation phonique et près d'une route passante ...impossible de se reposer sur la terrasse.

Wunderschöner Ort zum abschalten

Der Ort ist wundervoll. Der Pool und Blick aufs Meer lassen einen sofort abschalten und entspannen. Wohnzimmer und Essbereich sind auch für größere Gruppen gut geeignet. Gerne wieder.

Magnifique vue et belle maison

Une vue de rêve, une piscine où l’on apprécie de se baigner du matin au soir sans oublier la plage à 2 pas . La maison est très fonctionnelle, sans souci pour 5 couples , de beaux moments en perspective si vous vous laissez tenter .

Tolles Haus mit phänomenaler Aussicht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Außenbereich ist super. Die oberen Zimmer sind auch toll. Nur der untere Bereich ist etwas muffig.

Villa d’exeption

Huit adultes en famille , villa exceptionnelle, vue à couper le souffle du lever au coucher du soleil y compris depuis la piscine. Si il manque quelque chose il suffit de demander Mme Barbe y pourvoit très rapidement fort aimablement. La mer à deux pas, bar épicerie juste en bas tout y est , location cayak, semi rigide en bas aussi. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour .

Beautiful villa with stunning views

A gorgeous house in a beautiful setting. Owner was very helpful. Lovely beach 5 mins walk away and the most amazing sunsets night after night. Will definitely go back.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire, la villa est très belle avec une vue magnifique, équipement complet, petit bémol la piscine extérieure chauffée serait un plus hors saison d'été. Avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille.

Une semaine d'exception dans un cadre idyllique !

Nous avons occupé cette villa avec 4 autres couples d'amis....et nous avons unanimement apprécié le confort et la localisation de cette villa qui donne par ailleurs de nombreuses opportunités de promenades à pieds, en voiture et en chemin de fer (Ajaccio Corte à ne pas rater !!!).A coup sûr nous y retournerons !

Belle vue

Nous étions 9 adultes à passer une semaine super en début de saison dans cette belle villa, très bien située, tout près d'une petite plage avec une vue magnifique sur la baie d'Ajaccio. Petits-déjeuners sur la terrasse (avec des oranges pris sur les orangers du jardin) en regardant l’arrivée des ferries, et couchers de soleil supers. Il était très agréable à nager dans la piscine à débordement en profitant de la vue même si la température était un peu fraiche! Chaque chambre avait une salle de bain individuelle ce que nous avons apprécié. La propriétaire habite à côté, donc est là en cas de besoin et nous a donné de bons conseils Il n'y a pas de commerces à proximité mais nous avons trouvé une petite supérette très sympa 6 km au sud au carrefour du D155 et la D55 avec plein de produits du pays. Autrement, il faut aller 7km au nord pour la boulangerie près de l'école à Pietrosella et un peu plus loin à Porticcio il y a pleins de commerces, supermarché, restaus etc Nous avons passé une journée à faire une ballade en bateau à partir de Porticcio, le circuit Scandola-Girolata et les Calanches de Piana, ça vaut vraiment le coup!
