Villa with Private Pool and over 3000 m2 Wineyards & Garden
Escape mass tourism! At Villa Blacksea Garden you will find that special place that is unlike any other. The villa has 5 bedrooms, living room, inside and outside kitchen , firepit with place for 15 ppl , pool 8/4 meters and its at placed at over 3000 square meters of gardens and a small wineyard just on the first line to the blacksea. There is also a small guest house in the wineyards with 2 bunk beds for 4 persons where you can accomodate your guests for the night. Here you can enjoy your full privacy and a lot of playground space.
Each room is fully furnished. On arrival, our housekeeper will greet you, show you the facilities WIFI, Garden areas , kitchen & Outdoor kitchen, Toys, surf boards etc. Ask him for restaurant recommendations or for directions to the beach, stores, and other services.
Our Housekeeper is living near by and is always available if you require ekstra services or need something in addition. Enjoy the garden and all the facilities that the villa has to offer, feel free to pick up all seasonal vegetables,herbs and fruits growing around the gardens.

Everything was perfect. The view is amazing. The kids enjoyed the pool. We picked up fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden.

everything is perfect for this location: the house, the garden, the view, the pool, the beach, the food around and last but not least the personnel - thanks a lot, Emo! :) I want to address many special thanks to Dimmi, the owner who is very supportive and careful, positively taking care for any need or request the guests would have. Also he provides many useful indications and advice regarding the location and surroundings. We'll definitely book again next year!

Ein einmaliger Ort - alle Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Die Ferienhäuser mit Außenküche, der Garten mit Pool und vor allem der Meeresblick haben alle - ob aus Bulgarien oder Bulgarienentdecker - begeistert. Auf dem Gelände sind aber noch viel mehr gut durchdachte und kreative Überraschungen zu entdecken. Abenteuer auf und am Meer durch den direkten Zugang zum einzigartigen Naturstrand, Surfen am nahen bewachten Strand, Obst/Gemüse aus dem Garten/vom kleinen Markt genießen, Ausflüge nach Varna und Rumänien, Angeln in Kavarna ... aber am liebsten mit Beinen im Pool aufs Meer schauen. Herzlichen Dank an alle Georgievs und Emil, die immer ansprechbar waren!

Traumhaft schöne Lage
für alle die das Meer und die Weite lieben.
Vermieter und Hausmeister der vor Ort mit Rat und Tat wenn benötigt da ist sind top.
Einziges Manko ist, dass es keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer gibt vom Grundstück. Aber die Strände sind nur ein paar KM entfernt.

Thank you Alexander happy to have you and your freinds as a a guest at our villa .The stairs down to the beach was destroyed by heavy rains . We are rebuilding the stairs for summer 2023. Just in front of the house is lovely stone/ Shell beach perfect for for diving and snorkerling.

Our family is living in Norway Stavanger and we have tree lovely kids aged 3,12,14 . We are pretty much international family with roots from all arouund Europe and Scandinavia I'm born and reised up in Bulgaria mooved to Norway in early 2000 my wife is born in Germany and finished her education in Denmark mooved to Norway in 2007, two of our older kids are born and raised up in Norway and the last one is born in Germany.
Why they chose this property
Quite place where our family and friends enjoy to spend some of the summer months. It is amasing location and close to awesome sandy beaches and beautiful nature.
