The apartment is approximately a 4 minute walk from the blue flag Playa del Cura beach of Torrevieja. It is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, markets, bus station and the town centre.

The main doorway and clean, tidy hallway are the first parts of the apartment you will see as you approach.

This is an apartment with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, two terraces, kitchen, washing machine, large lounge/dining room, air con, English television and wi fi. It is perfectly positioned for vacations only four minutes walk from the beautiful blue flag beach and close to the bus station, supermarkets and town centre. Excellent restaurants and bars are only minutes away.

You'll love the marina and the fabulous sea views in Torrevieja. The laid back cafe lifestyle is also extremely appealing. The apartment has a truly Spanish feel and is right in the heart of the town. Close to shops, bars restaurants and markets, it has something for everyone.

There are are traditional panaderias and small local shops on the apartment's street and at least 3 big supermarkets near by.

The sophisticated and modern marina is a lovely 15 minutes stroll away along the sea front. It offers bars, restaurants and boat trips.

There is a funfair just on the outskirts of the town along with the water park and
the ever popular 'Las Habeneras' shopping mall.

For nature lovers, there are flamingos on the salt lakes along with a wide range of other wild life and birds.

The salt lakes are a real 'must see' and you must try the Spanish tradition of covering yourself in the very beneficial mud they create. The Costa Blanca is known for its high quality air which brings huge health benefits.

There is an excellent bus station within walking distance of the apartment. Taxis are also readily available outside the bus station and near the Mercadona supermarket.There is another taxi rank close to the harbour.

For drivers, there is the fantastic N332 which runs all along the coast to numerous towns. There is also an excellent motorway.

Hire cars are available in Torrevieja or from Alicante airport.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment, very close to the beach.

I had a most enjoyable stay in this very well located, clean and comfortable apartment, within easy walking distance of the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. The beautiful Playa Cura promenade is literally just round the corner. Everything went very smoothly and communication with the agent and owner was excellent. Very good value for money. Thank you.

Disappointing short break in Torreveija

The apartment was very cold like an ice box when we arrived and throughout our stay as the heating element on the air conditioning was not working and we could only find a small heater. Only a single sheet was put on all the beds in the middle of winter which was not sufficient to keep us warm. Luckily found some blankets and bought hot water bottles which helped to keep us nice and warm at least while we were in bed. We were unable to sit out on the patio as it had not been cleaned and had rubbish on the chairs and floor. The shower needed cleaning before we could use it which, due to the cold, we were unable to do very often. The toilet was stained and dated and the bidet cracked which didn't make the bathroom very inviting anyway. The hob in the kitchen needed to be cleaned every morning as it had what looked like sawdust from the ceiling on it. The apartment was not very well insulated as we could hear every noise from the upstairs flat. Also there was a lift located immediately outside the apartment door which was in operation throughout the night. On a positive note the apartment is situated in an excellent location literally 5 minutes to the promenade and a lovely beach. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within easy reach which helped to make our short break bearable. We were so glad that we only stayed for a few nights which was a shame as Torreveija is such a beautiful place and the owner had been so helpful prior to booking the apartment which was the main reason that I chose this particular place. If it is a cheap apartment in a convenient location that you are looking for then this is the place for you.

Très jolie appartement et confortable.Nous avons été très déçu de l'endroit où il est située car il y a énormément de bruit dehors et les locations autres sont très mal Respect sur la qualité du bruit. On à été réveillée plusieurs fois dans la nuit.

L'appartement est horrible à l'entrée déjà une odeur impossible de supporter et elle voulez pas partir malgré que on a mis des parfum pendant tout les séjour et le lit qu'il bouge tout seul comme une balançoire on dirait que on dorme sur le sommier. Ya n'avait même pas un balai ou une petite pelle ,même pas une éponge pour faire la vaisselle on finale rien, les coupure de l'électricité à chaque fois que on mettait la plaque de cuisson et le four franchement c'est pas un appartement pour location c'est dommage qu'elle est à 20 metres de la plage , normalement elle deuvrait être remboursée cette location .

Dobbeltseng en var som å ligge på treplanker, leiligheten egner seg ikke for utleie, skulle egentlig hatt penger til bake. Pol var helt ok kom på rett tid. Men leiligheten var dårlig. I tillegg var det en byggeplass ved siden av slik at det ble lite med søvn for alle Mvh Gunnar Johansen

Le seul point positif est l emplacement de l appartement à 100 mètres de la plage, mais c est tout! Il était pas propre à ma réception et sa sentais mauvais. L isolation est déplorable on entend les gens qui parle dans la rue dans la chambre alors que la chambre n est pas coller au trottoir l immeuble est très bruyant et je parle pas le nombre caffar que j ai ramassé dans l appartement dommage torrevieja est une ville géniale

I bought this property because it was on the ground floor and was ideal for the elderly members of my family. Anyone with disabilities would also benefit from booking this apartment.

Families with children can use the safe and secure rear patio as a play area. The front terrace is a cooler sanctuary: ideal for adults who enjoy sipping a glass of wine as the sun goes down, knowing the children are safely tucked up in bed.

Why they chose this property

I love the social mix in Torrevieja. It is edgy yet sophisticated, lively yet not rough. The fabulous Playa del Cura is just round the corner along with gourmet restaurants and more economical tapas bars. There is something for everyone here: a funfair, water park as well as the sophisticated 'Tangos' bar and the luxurious marina. What's not to like?

What makes this property unique

The apartment block is totally Spanish. You are certainly 'living the life' here! It is quiet, private and the rear patio is very quiet.

Everything you need is close by. It is the ideal destination for those who like to relax, take in the sun and sample some of the superb night life.
