Great views and relaxing stay

We really wanted to give this place a 5 star review, the location is great and the view was stunning. We were disappointed the place wasn’t stocked with much. We arrived and had to make a run to the store to buy toilet paper. And then we realized we needed paper towels, garbage bags and laundry detergent. We also think there could be more effort to stock the kitchen (small knives would be appreciated). The pool was great, the neighbourhood was quiet and it was nice to have a bbq

Before I start with my complaints, I would like to state that the upper living area was fine, the views from the panoramic windows were to die for.I am writing formally log a complaint about our stay. The downstairs pool area was extremely dirty with broken furniture and childrens toys littered all over. there was no functional air con in any downstairs bedroom, the provided fans are simply circulatingalready hot air.The downstairs bathroom is in a state of disrepair featuring visible rust on the bath and towel rack. additionally the sink plug mechanism was frozen. Also no facility for bathing towels, maybe my fault as I did not request them. There was a small security risk upstairs as the air conditioning had a blocked drain pipe so a temporary one was fitted to go out through the patio doors, so unable to close. this aws explained by Ari that it would take 3 days to fix with workmen on site during stay so decide he would fix after we left. There were also a few minor details like no proper pillows only cushions to sleep on, no table mats, and only one tea towel to dry dishes. There was also a broken metal stay on the guard rail.As I paid a decent amount of money for our stay, it was not as portrayed. I would hope to have some sort of recompense. I look forward to your response.Yours Sincerely Julian Rebair PS I have photos if required.
