Modernes Appartement

Wir haben eine Woche zu zweit hier verbracht. Das Appartement verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer, einen großen Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile und ein Bad. In den Küchenschränken war genug Geschirr für uns zwei, für mehr Personen wäre es vielleicht etwas wenig (oder man muss häufiger abwaschen). Der Balkon ist sehr schmal, aber ein Wäscheständer hat dort Platz. Im Haus war es (von Seiten der übrigen Mieter) relativ ruhig, jedoch war der Verkehrslärm von der Straße besonders wochentags deutlich zu hören - für Strandgänger oder Tagesausflügler aber sicher weniger störend. Zum sauberen Strand El Postiguet schafft man es gemütlich zu Fuß in 15 bis 20 Minuten, und es gibt viele kleine Supermärkte, die ebenfalls fußläufig gut zu erreichen sind. Der Vermieter Juan Jose stand uns für Fragen immer zur Verfügung - nochmals "Gracias" für die Hilfsbereitschaft.

Beautiful, stylish, clean, contemporary, spacious, accommodation

This lovely modern apartment is well situated in the heart of a busy city. We took advantage of the parking on offer also, making our arrival and departure from the property stress free. The apartment is a short walk to a sandy beach and promenade, a variety of restaurants, bar and cafes and Santa Bárbara Castle Although the weather was a mixed bag, we had a relaxing, comfortable holiday in Alicante and would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful property and visiting this vibrant, bustling, interesting city.
