This splendid 65 square meters apartment is placed in the very heart of the historic centre and it can accomodate up to 4 people.
Just 100 mt away from the Duomo, you will quickly walk to all main monuments (Uffizi, Galleria dell'Accademia, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio). The Purple Pearl apt is placed on the 3° floor with elevator (lucky to have an elevator in the ancient buildings of the center!). All rooms have high ceilings and in the wide living room and kitchen there is the original wooden parquet floor of the beginning of the last century.
The wide and lightful living room is provided with a cosy double sofa bed, a 40" TV, and overlooks an enchanting inner courtyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped, where you will find dishes, glasses and pots to cook for your Italian dinners. Wide and quiet bedroom with a big closet. The bathroom is provided with the shower and the bidet.

In the warm summer you will enjoy the A/C in the bedroom and a A/C portable device and a powerful fan in the living room. The apartment is also provided with heating, high speed Wifi connection, washing machine, oven, kettle and moka coffee maker, hair dryer.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
A baby crib can be provided, on request in advance.

The perfect place to stay when visiting Florence

The property owner, Angela exceeded expectation to help make our stay in Florence memorable. The location is in the middle of major attractions, it felt very safe and the cost is reasonable. I would highly recommend this place as a great place to stay.

The perfect apartment

The apartment is beautiful, clean, it's a great location. Angela is wonderful, I was traveling with my mother and we had a delay at Bologna Airport because we had to wait for personnel to help my mother with a wheel chair so we arrived late, very late. Angela welcomed us with a smile, she helped me with the luggage. On our departure, she helped us one more time, waited for the taxi to arrive. I am happy. If I go back to Florence for a vacation, I will definitely stay at Angela's apartment.

Good stay

We stayed at Angela's apartment for one month and really enjoyed it. A couple times we had a little issue with internet (which was from company) she was there immediately to call them and deal with it. Any time I called for any reason I must say her response was immediate. The apartment itself is very nice and perfect location.beautiful view from living room and kitchen. Elevator was always in working condition which was great. Very safe and quiet. Hot June so we asked for a fan that she brought right away. We never ended up using the sofa bed. I would update the furniture in bedroom and put new pillows etc but Overall a great stay with wonderful host! Thank you Angela and we will be back!

Great apartment, location, and hostess

The apartment was wonderful, literally down the street from the Duomo. The building has an elevator and is centrally located in Florence. We walked everywhere, including the train station, and never felt like we needed a taxi or bus. Great restaurants nearby, including the Crazy Cage around the corner which is only open for lunch (tell Andreas high for us!). Angela, who we coordinated the apartment with, was excellent. Excellent in answering questions and responding before booking, and excellent at check-in and check-out. Plus, the apartment was well stocked with dishes, coffee and the Italian espresso/coffee pot, and spices. I like the expresso pot so much I bought one to bring home with me. There is a small grocery store nearby, and everything in Florence is within reach. Angela was also able to recommend a tour company a couple of blocks away (there is also one on the same block) and their service/tours were excellent. We did a tour of the Duomo with the three of us and two other couples, which was well worth it to avoid the lines and have a truly expert guide. We also did a winery tour with the same company. The apartment is one bedroom and one bath, and there is at least one futon in the living room. There is a second sofa also, but we never checked to see if it was a futon or not. Overall a very comfortable apartment in a great location with a superb hostess. Highly recommend.

3 Pearls is a Pearl

3 Pearls was just right for our stay in Florence. Angela helped us with.transporatation to.the train terminal, and good places to eat. The apartment was in a good place and walking distance to all sites. I would stay here again & recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a quiet apartment with all amenities you would need.

Great location, amazing host!

We had a wonderful stay in Angela's apartment! The location is fantastic, walking distance from everything you want to do in Florence. Also, very quiet. It is huge - more than enough space for the 4 of us. Angela is a wonderful host- available, helpful, and a great communicator. This is a 3rd floor apartment, have to walk up a short flight of stairs to reach the elevator.

DO NOT RENT FOR LONG TERMS

I am a Canadian teacher who rented this apartment for 5 months with my Maltese dog. I found this place to have several issues and inconveniences. Angela and her father, owners of this apartment, are very ungrateful, ungracious, discourteous, and unappreciative hosts. Angela did not know how the washing machine and oven worked and I was told to read the manual to figure it out. During my stay she never once sent me an e-mail or phoned asking if everything was alright and to give her a call if I ever needed help or anything. The only time I heard from her was a day or two before the rent was due asking if she could stop by at a certain time and the day so she could collect. No blankets were supplied even though I asked and I had to borrow 2 from a friend of mine that lives in Florence. Her father told me not to raise the thermostat above 20 because NO ONE in Florence does. Temps this winter did dip to 4 degrees C many nights. A week and a half after arrival construction work began next door and continued for 10 days beginning at 7:30 a.m. with jackhammering, banging, drilling, etc., which shook the walls and scared my dog. I was ready to move out but was told it would stop stop shortly. When my friend arrived from Barcelona to stay with me for 8 days she was charged each night of her stay. Angela did not warn me about this even though I had informed her 2 months prior to her visit. She placed me in a very embarrassing situation. My friend's sister and brother-in-law rented the apartment next to me so I even brought Angela business. On 3 separate occasions there was no water in the apartment. Couldn't even flush the toilet. I left to spend the Easter holidays down in Rome with friends and cousins. I informed Angela about this on Easter Thursday and told her I would contact her as soon as I got back. Easter Saturday I received a text message from her stating that she had made an appointment for a computer technician to check the router and he would be at the apartment the following Friday. From Saturday until Wednesday she sent 6 messages. I wrote stating she could let him in supervised by her. She kept harassing me because the rent money was due Easter Sunday and I was not there. She told me she did not have an extra key to enter. Of course this was not true. I returned Wednesday for her benefit. There were only 19 days left before my departure. There are cheaper and better places to stay in the centre.

Cuatro días fantasticos.

Hemos estado cinco días en este magnifico apartamento para celebrar el 18 cumpleaños de nuestra hija. Céntrico, cómodo, limpio, y con todo lo necesario para cocinar y poder descansar a gusto después de disfrutar de la ciudad. La propietaria Ángela, muy amable y dispuesta para ayudar en todo lo necesario. Hemos disfrutado y nos ha faltado tiempo. Volveremos y recomendaremos. Gracias.

Una splendida vacanza

La estancia perfecta en Florencia

Hemos estado 4 semanas en este magnífico apartamento. La situación es inmejorable, muy céntrico pero muy tranquilo, con vistas a la cúpula de San Lorenzo, la habitación de matrimonio con aire acondicionado y separada de la cocina y el salón, que tiene también aire portátil. Muy limpio. Cocina con lo necesario para pasar unos días. Supermercado justo enfrente. Hemos cumplido un sueño, al estar un mes en Florencia y este apartamento a formado parte de él, al hacernos sentir muy agusto. Muchas Gracias a Ángela y a su amable y simpático padre.

Wonderful

Wonderful place in Florence. Really convenient to everything. Piazza Duomo is right around the corner. The cathedral is really beautiful and one of the most magnificent I have ever seen. Tip: Go right and through the piazza to the central market and all of the leather shops. There is also a (full service) supermarket right across the street. Which is really great for water and beer runs. This apartment is really quiet and cozy. Angela is really great. She even ordered me a cab when I was ready to return. I will certainly return and do recommend this place......

Excellent rental near Grand Dome

This was an amazing rental. We loved its proximity to Il Grande Duomo--the rental is just a block and a half away. You get an amazing photo op just stepping outside the the entrance to the property. It has vaulted ceilings, nicely kept, very clean, gorgeous room with modern appliances. My wife and I met her father at the rental and he was very nice, showed us around the apartment, identifying all of the accouterments, including the instruction booklets (available in several languages, including English) for the A/C and Washing machine. Access to an elevator was also a plus. All of the other properties we visited in Italy required a walk upstairs--which is fine when your just entering and exiting, but navigating luggage up stairs can sometimes be a challenge. The internet was also very fast. If you're visiting the Grand Dome or want a centrally located apartment to much of the city, you can't go wrong. At the end of the rental her father even gave us a receipt, when he returned the damage deposit. If I were to visit Firenzie again, I'd rent this place in a heartbeat.

Great Apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Angela's apartment. It overlooked an interior courtyard & was extremely quiet. It was perfectly located & within easy walking distance to all the sites. Close to great restaurants & markets. The apartment was very clean and comfortable & had great storage. The elevator was a great plus. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Florence.

La mia vacanza a Firenzie. Mi e piaciuto tutto.

Sono stata a Firenzie in questo appartamento sta primavera. L'appartamento e molto buono, pulito e si trova a due passi a Duomo, 5 minuti a piazza Signoria e altri monumenti storici. Soggiorno a Firenze

Collocazione ottima, a 5 minuti dalla piazza del Duomo e con supermercato e bar sotto casa! L' immobile è spazioso e pulito con ottimi servizi. Anche la propritaria molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente!
